Good, fast hassle free service, brand new top quality scooters, and at good price. I rented for 25 days, and it was 145 euros less expensive renting at this location than the location in central Palma. I highly recommend.

The bikes were clean and in great condition, we had a wonderful time riding all over the place. It would have been nice to have a tourist map. Check-In was hectic, there were a lot of people trying to get cars and motorcycles and only two gentlemen working. Returning the bike was super easy and we got our deposit back right away.

No refund of the deposit
1.Damage Charges and Inaccurate Documentation: The document I signed at the time of the rental regarding existing damages to the scooter is unclear and misleading. Based on the photos I have in my possession, the handle of the scooter was not damaged, as described in your report. The actual damage, which was pointed out to me by your staff at the time of pickup, is located on the side of the scooter. Despite this, your company charged me for the cost of a damage repair that does not correspond to the scooter’s condition at the time I returned it. I returned the scooter with no additional damages beyond those it had when I rented it.
2. Fuel Cap Issue Not Acknowledged: On the day of the rental, I promptly contacted Mallorca Scooter to report that the fuel cap of the scooter was faulty and could not be opened, which prevented me from refueling. Despite my timely communication, I did not receive any response or assistance from your company. As a result, I was charged for fuel, which I was unable to obtain due to the issue with the fuel cap.
