Ordered something months ago- February perhaps. Didn't arrive. I emailed the store, no reply and it hasn't arrived. Also, they lied about the price and I ended up having to pay twice as much, should have been a red flag.

Y'all know they take amazon/aliexpress jewelry and just sell it for a higher price and act liek it's theirs its a whole scam

They came just as in the picture and took an average time although they did send it to my next-door neighbours. I would buy from them again.

Basically they resell low quality jewellery for a higher price. You can find the same in alliexpress por 6 times less the price. And after all the things are really low quality.

I saw an advert in instagram saying that they were gifting away a beautiful dried flower necklace, in the end after the "shipping" it was arroung 7€ euros. After a few days I checked alliexpress and the were selling exactly the same necklace (with the same label and photos) for 1€.

After all it took more than a month to arrive and the pendant is easy to break and could easily open while wearing it, and it is just really clear that it will go dark in a few wears.

If you are OK with the low quality better buy it in alliexpress for the real price.

Customer service is bad, doesn’t matter how many times you contact them, they never reply back. Tracking numbers aren’t the same if ordering from other countries outside of America

Scam! Do not order from them. No contact information to ensure delivery or customer service issues. Tracking number provided at purchase with no way to track the package. Refund policy only provides 30 days for refund and 25 days needed for shipping. No way to contact to get refund even within the 30 day refund requirement. Just another way to steal your money.

Purchased some earrings for my girlfriend and got an email that the order was confirmed on 1/31/22. Fast forward 5 months and still no update on shipping.
I had actually forgotten about them completely til the other day I saw another site advertising the same earrings. It’s been a few days since I’ve emailed Malibu Gems about any new info shipping and no response. Completely unacceptable to take this long without an update. Luckily I was only ripped for a few bucks for the shipping.

Got the ring I ordered after a month and a half of waiting but it wasn’t the same as the picture, it’s way lower quality and not the same shape

Ordered 4 rings back in december and still waiting... so far it has been 75 days, when I check the tracking web page it says my item has arrived in the country of destination, and it had been saying that for as long as I can remember. Even if my rings eventually arrive and are in good condition I will certainly not be buying from them again. The shipping is also outlandish, roughly six dollar PER RING, plus the cost you are paying for an item.

This people is getting everybody's money and are not delivering the items and they don't respond. Justice for these many cases!

I bought two of their dried flower necklaces. They came exactly as pictured. Good quality. However, the package took a month and a half to ship, which is definitely longer than the expected 5-25 days for international shipping, but it wasn't too bad. Would recommend as long as you don't mind waiting a while for your product to arrive.

Never got my items... I never got a respond on my mails and now i cant get e refund...

Ordered something on 26 Nov, hoping it would come in time for Christmas. Disappointingly, it did not. After ordering, I got a confirmation email telling me I would be receiving email updates, which I did not. So I reached out on 22 Dec asking for updates, no response. Currently in the process of trying to get my money back.

I bought a bunch of rings and a chakra necklace from them. The crystal in the necklace was fake but I expected nothing less lol. The rings are great but they leave you with green fingers so you might want to cover them in clear nail varnish, worked for me. All in all not bad but could be better :)

Haven’t tried but seam like a scam as it says in the terms of service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
