RE The pricing.
A lot of our prices are still from before the silver price spiked at the start of 2025.

The product fitting options for charms have been great compared to our last website, so now, you click on the bead fitting for Pandora and we convert the charm and solder the fitting.
If you are making a horror themed bracelet then we do have other charms to fit that theme, or if it is for its actual intended visual use, we have lots of chef style charms from hats to carrots and cakes!! and of course, all can be converted to a bead fitting for a Pandora Moments bracelet.

RE Variety.
Yes, we have somewhere in excess of 5000+ different sterling silver charms. From your baby charms to clothing charms and Aircraft charms to metal detector charms. There's something to suit most people!
RE super speedy delivery.
We try to be honest about the delivery times and most of the time they are within the timescales, but occasionally Royal Mail does something strange and it can take a little longer.
RE Communication.
I think all we did was send auto emails when there was a change in the order status and probably one or two from Royal Mail, but I always think better to have too much communication than none at all.

Good service and great necklace
Really pleased with the necklace and charm I ordered for my friends 60th. Said delivery in 2 weeks and was pleasantly surprised to receive it 4 days later. Really good quality and reasonable price will definitely be ordering from here again.

Just a couple of notes.
You mentioned being 2 week delivery.
Usually Royal Mail 2nd class mail can be anywhere from 1 day to 10 days plus. Due to the value of the order, we upgraded to Tracked 48, which can be a little quicker, so I am glad it was.
One other thing was that you selected the option to NOT solder the jump ring of the charm. As you purchased a chain as well, I wondered if the charm was to go on the chain. I reached out by email to clarify, but did not get a reply, so I left it as per order and did not solder the ring. If the charm is going on the chain then I would recommend getting the ring of the charm soldered to ensure it is as strong as possible.

We do have a pretty good range of charms at 5000+ plus, but as you have discovered, we don't have everything!!
RE efficiency.
Most orders Monday to Friday placed before 10am UK Time, we are able to dispatch the same day. Why such an early time, some people ask. It's because Royal Mail collects from us FROM 12PM, so we have to be ready.

Easy to order and silver charm arrived earlier than expected. Very disappointed when I saw the charm. Very small. The charms I bought with the bracelet from The Silver Shop in Bath are much bigger and cost the same amount. Its put me off ordering from this company again.

We do try to convey the sizes of the charms by photographing against a ruler multiple times. On this charm there are 4 images, the first being the main image and then 3 further images showing the dancing shoes next to a ruler in various positions.
Your order was via ebay and the cost of the charm on ebay was £20.99. This included ebay's commission which is currently around 15% and their various taxes and vat and also shipping to you.

So, yes, in comparison to ebay then their prices are less, but compared to our website then for the majority of charms it looks like they are more expensive.
Lastly, adding one to my TSS of Bath basket, they add a price of £1.95 for shipping.
Another thing of note is that they use the suppliers stock photos and no photos against a ruler. Their only mention of size is one line in the description some with Height and Width and some with just one measurement.
Due to the surge in the silver price around the start of 2025, we have had to increase our prices of new stock. That particular shoe charm is sourced from an overseas supplier and sadly the shipping costs from outside the UK with insurance and import duty and exchange rates, all increase the prices of imported items.
Lastly, as per UK laws, if you don't like most items purchased online, you have the rights to return the items for a refund, and we would urge anyone to return an item that they are not happy with.
If we can ever help then please let us know. We get messages from customers that ask us about the size of charms and when we point to the extra images, they usually thank us saying they just hadn't seen them.
