Just what i wanted quick delivery and beautifully made

I have only ever used this business in Folkestone for acquiring foreign currency because their rates are the best and their customer service is exemplary. As expected Lisa was very professional this morning. Unless something changes I will always use this business

Really lovely ladies at Pickwick in Peckham. I sold some old gold jewellery there for a really fair price. I also needed to get a gold necklace fixed but they said they weren’t sure it would be possible to solder it because it had pearls. I explained I wanted to wear it just for one day on my wedding day so didn’t mind if it just had a temporary fix and the lovely Angie and Rochelle sorted it out for me then and there by adding just another little link in for me to be able to wear it on my wedding!

I popped into Pickwick's in Eltham High Street yesterday to take an old tin which had some old broken pieces of gold to see if I could scrap it. I was welcomed by a really lovely lady who listened to what I had to say and sorted it out for me. She was kind and I trusted her from the start as she showed me courtesy and politeness. I'd never done this before so I had no idea what to expect. After the lovely lady came back she told me what was gold and what was not and gave me back the worthless items in a nice bag....then told me what I was getting for the gold!.....I wasn't expecting so much. I felt like I had won the lottery. I'm so glad that I went to Pickwick rather than anyone else on the High Street. I am so grateful for the kind service I received. Thank you so much.

I dealt with Sarah when purchasing from the Maidstone store and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She sent on additional images and also held the item over the weekend.

From a buyers point of view not the politest of shops, Unfortunately they also have a habit of not returning calls when requested.
