Worst customer service

Worst customer service . Simple thing,that they send wrong product (which I send back)it’s already 2 months emailing there and back . And now in the end they said I steal product . Total bullshit . Btw it is about one pencil.

Cancelled my order without notice

Cancelled my order without notice. They had a sale going on with no shipping. i made two orders-one for myself and a separate order as a gift. They cancelled the second order without notice. They didn't contact me or anything. Now the price has increased, the sale is over, and now I would have to pay for shipping. in addition, a powder that I viewed online was too orangey when it arrived. So, when I went to return it, I discovered that you have to pay for your own shipping. Perfect deterrent to keep me stuck with the product that I cannot use. How can you shop online with confidence if you the consumer must assume additional risk?

I bought a lipstick from cult beauty…it…

I bought a lipstick from cult beauty…it was make up for ever brand…i haven’t used this brand before and I didn’t see any reviews for it .it cost £27 and when i received it , it wasn’t like the colour i ordered. It was much darker…I messaged cult beauty, but they didn’t want to know . I didn’t think the quality was that good ,but not my shade so a waste of money .The brand is Korean

The wrong product was shipped

The wrong product was shipped, and there is no return label. I will have to pay shipping costs. Seems like a waste of money and time. If I choose to buy this brand again, I will only do so inside a sephora store.

Two times they canceled my order…

Two times they canceled my order without any reason product on stock there is no problem I try to buy 6 and 10 items they canceling it. If you don’t wanna sell 10 same items why you allow me to add to cart 10 or 6 items? Unprofessional company don’t waste your time

So I purchased some Makeup forever…SUCKS

So I purchased some Makeup forever product and the results turn out to be unsatisfied, so I place a return request. As I request the refund, the return policy require customer to pay for the shipping.

So I shipped it back and paid for the shipping in Oct 2022, however, I haven't heard anything back from makeup forever team since then, in November I tried to contact them to see if they receive my package, they replied my in December. It takes a very long time for Makeup forever to reply message...and they told me yes we received your package, we will now process the refund, it might take 2 weeks.

LMAO they only process my refund when I actively contact them.

Horrible company

Horrible company. No customer service whatsoever, thay don't bother to do the minimum expected, then they don't bother with answering complaints or emails, it's like they don't care if they exist or ignored, they just don't bother.
I've checked trustpilot to understand if this is my personal experience but I can see it's a mutual feeling for most of the customers and all gave low reviews. Well.
