Excellent shopping experience
I feel I need to step in and share my own experience here. I was very close to not using it due to all the negative reviews, but I decided to make a small first purchase and see how it goes. Well, I could not be happier. The price is excellent. Order placed, confirmation received. Shipping updates are constant, and a week later I received an email and sms stating it's out for delivery with a one-hour window. Received parcel, well packed. Perfect shopping experience. And free shipping for orders over 25 euros.

Terrible customer service!
No communication whatsoever. Phone number only works at certain times and was eventually told my package got damaged in transit and was being returned to sender. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. I received a package in which one of the products had leaked and spilled over the other items inside the parcel. As a result, several products were damaged and unusable.
After contacting the company, I was offered a refund of 4 euros, which was completely inadequate compared to the value of the leaked and damaged product. After many email exchanges, I was informed that the money would be refunded to my account, but this refund was never processed.
Due to the poor handling of the complaint and the failure to follow through on the promised refund, I cannot recommend this company.

They screwed up my order twice + very rude
They screwed up my order twice. Decided to cancel my order of
6 products without asking me or informing me beforehand just because 1 item was out of stock and I ended up not having 3 bday presents on time. They make problems out of nothing. 2 Similar products were in stock but they never even asked to replace it. Not Very intelligent nor resourceful. Bad customer service. When I complained about it after lots of hassle they gave me a 1 eur discount for my 80 eur order (1.25%....WOW!) as an apology and I quote:" This discount was offered purely as a courtesy, to express our appreciation for you as our customer." So I should be very honoured, happy and feel appreciated. Wow again. That gesture clearly shows they don't appreciate their customers at all.
Poor business practice...And very rude. Never ever buying from the again.

Don’t ignore the bad reviews
Decided to take a chance as they’re only Irish stocker of a product that has been discontinued. I have skin issues and end up reacting to everything. Ordered 3 days ago and haven’t received an email confirming the order. Kept refreshing and checking spam but nothing. Thank goodness I took a screenshot of the order confirmation as I’ll probably have to dispute the charge. I saw the bad reviews but was desperate because of my skin condition. Absolute scammers.

Waste of time
With my first order it took 4 working days to pack my order and send when website says it is 4 working days delivery. With second order I asked the company to send my order asap, again it took 4 working days just to pack my order. The order was not even send yet. I do not reccomed this company.

No delivery or refund after 1.5 months
I placed two orders 1.5 months ago and still haven’t received them. They were delivered to a completely different address and person.
I filled in all required forms as advised, but the Compliance team is no longer responding. Support keeps redirecting me back to Compliance with no resolution.
No refund, no replacement. Very disappointing service.
Update: I finally received a refund almost 2 months after repeatedly contacting support and Claims and being ignored. It took dozens of attempts before they involved the Claims Department again. Extremely frustrating experience.

I'm very disappointed. I received a destroyed package with a broken bottle of face wash gel. It was a mess of gel and cardboard. Instead of an apology and a refund, I received nothing! The company hasn't reached European service standards.

I recently did an order which I ordered the wrong item and got in contact with them straight away they replied to me within hours letting me know what to do soom as i recived my delivery.
