Order never arrived
Order never arrived. Company won’t refund until they have claimed from the courier.
All staff who answer the phone are rude and emails are ignored. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Money taken May 2nd. Delivery due mid May which never arrived. I had to chase the courier myself to find out what the problem was. Now into June and still no sign of my refund.
This company are truly disgraceful. I will never buy from them again.

Very bad company. Avoid !! Do not buy from these. They are a scam.
Ordered a few items for the first time from makeup and evri showed they delivered it. On the tracking photo the driver held the box up to the letter box and that’s it. Didn’t post it though ( would have been too big t post anyway ). And did not leave it anywhere. Told the seller - makeup. They told me to sign a lost parcel form. I did sent it back. Told me it wasn’t good enough and the claim would be closed. Without refunding me. I have had to go through my bank and open a dispute with them myself. Avoid. Bad customer service.

Have ordered a few times everything was perfect except last order I had a hair mask which was damaged but I will order it in a bottle next time as it was leaking from the sachet boxes do be crushed but I'm not sure if that's from courier or not before that I had a busted heat protection spray but I can't complain to much as everything else in packages were top notch and a bargain excellent quality for products that were not damaged .

Bad experience
Bought a perfume (Order 1735470062-0027) apparently they tried to deliver with no success and straight away was return to the sender. I request the refund 3 month ago, and i havent got my money back. Very bad customer service. I’m sure I didn’t get the refund.

Honest experience
I was concerned reading some of the reviews to be honest. However I can only relate my own experience. Got a couple of Royal Denta toothbrush multi packs delivered for almost half the price elsewhere. Very fast delivery to Ireland and well packaged also.

Absolutely pathetic, order some fragrances it first it came through fine, but the second order i place, two bottles were in bits, emailed them constantly with proof and no replies. Just wasted money down the drain, no concept of refund or returns

Great product choice with prices that beat all competitors as far as I can see. I ordered a colour wow root concealer and it was despatched promptly with good communication, it took a few days to arrive but did so with excellent packaging and in perfect condition. I have just ordered more products from them and will continue to do so.

Didn't get my full order and they refused to send a refund.
P.S. Their customer service is very bad. I've had to emailed them numerous times only to get replied they need photo of my parcel, which I don't have as I wasn't home while my parcel was delivered, also, package was sealed and unpacked,when I got it, so why would i have to do a photo?
1 missing product, which wasn't sent to me or magic happened and dissapeared from the box.

I would absolutely not recommend ordering anything from this shop. I received an incomplete order. Out of 6 products ordered, only 1 was delivered.
The company does not take responsibility and tells me to contact the courier company and claim a refund from them, whereas the makeup.ie itself received the payment for the products I ordered.
If you claim you send all the products, where are they then?
I will never do shopping on your website again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT USE IT
This is one of those companies that I "wholeheartedly" would not recommend you use for purchases. If you receive your order in a torn and wrinkled package - that is nothing compared to how much effort you will have to make to return it. In my case, the return application was completed within 3 days, but despite this, everything was done by this company to prevent this from happening. I was required to submit even a manufacturer's report, which was not only absurd, but even illegal. To solve the problem I had to seek legal advice.

Order placed on Saturday 8th Feb. It arrived in Ireland in 5 working days on Friday 14th Feb. Products as described, well packed shipped with live DPD tracking number. Very good prices. I recommend 100%.

Don’t worry guys they are legit
I must admit if I had read the reviews before I had ordered I would have never ordered my package and hence would have never received the bargain I got. The team at makeup sent me three emails after my order confirming my delivery, then the tracking number, then that it was received by Evri. Evri then kept me updated until delivery. I ordered on the 01/02/25 which is a weekend day and I got my packed on the 06/02/25. Which is only 4 working days. I am also happy with my products and so was my wife.
The only advice I would give is for makeup to just be honest and say they are ran from Poland. This is completely fine as Poland are an EU nation with strict regulation. Apart from that I am great full for my order and I would advise anyone sitting there reading these negative comments and worrying to just stop worrying.
