Good contact, i have nothing to complain about.

This is an update to my first review. Firstly DPD gave me the wrong information as my parcel has been delivered today. I have no idea why they said my order was 1 of 2 parcels for the order. To be fair Makeup.uk have replied to all my emails, the latest one they advised they will cancel order and refund me. I will now email them to advise parcel has turned up and if they have initiated the refund process they will have to invoice me for payment. Delays are genuinely due to customs that is why I have now rated 5 stars.

This company is not a scam. I panicked that they are scam after reading reviews, so I asked them to send me refund. Communication with customer servis was brilliant, they answered all my questions and I got my refund after one week. What is funny, next day I got email from DPD, that my parcel will be delivered next day. It was two weeks after I placed an order. I accepted it and sent email to Makeup for invoice so I could pay it again. I have to say they were very patient with me. I am very happy with my order and will be back soon. You have to understand that there are delays on boards because of Brexit and its not Makeups fault.

This is a follow up, my parcel arrived today but because I have already been refunded I refused to collect it. My order was placed on 26 April, arrived on 17 June.
I was also sent a text and an email from dpd and was given an one hour slot.
Turned out not to be scammers but am I willing to wait nearly 2 months for my order? Not really.

It pays to wait patiently. I received a package today. Order was placed on 30 April. Long delay with delivery, but I understand that the situation at the border is different than usual. Customer service very nice. I had good contact with customer service by e-mail several times regarding my order. Parcel was solidly packed. From the courier, I received e-mail and SMS at what time he will deliver my package. For all those who are still waiting, I think that, like me, you will receive a package soon.

This company is not a scam. I placed the order on April 28. The package was delivered exactly today June 17. This is my first experience with this store. I admit that, unfortunately, waiting over 6 weeks for a package is not the best review, but they are fair and deliver the products. Products very well protected (I had 3 cosmetics in glass bottles), Nothing was damaged. All original. In the meantime, I was constantly receiving information that they had problems due to BREXIT. I hope that from now on there will be no more problems with the shipment from abroad. I will definitely order again. Despite the problems, I RECOMMEND their services.

Finally got my order. This is not Make.up's fault. It was posted on 1/05/21 as stated on their website. Normally I would have thought yes I've been scammed. But I think the problem is DPD with international parcels since Brexit as I've similar happen with an another online company who I've ordered from for years. Make up have kept me updated saying there has been a problem and it was stuck in customs and have apologise. Hopefully Brexit won't be the end of this company because their customer service has been good and when I first queried with them. I got a very prompt reply.

I'm so disappointed. May be its not a scam but it looks like this. My problem is that they made a refund to person who ordered a gift for me but I didn't ask for refund.

I'm asking for moral compensation or they should spend their money to send me parcel. What ever. Why its should be my problem??? I reported about them to police. Hope I get moral compensation and parcel.

Just got my order that I made 18th of May and we have 16th of June now. While waiting I contacted company and they said the package is stuck at customs and I can ask for return if I want. I got it eventually and it seems fine, but the problem is that th company doesn't say that they send products from Poland or EU generally when you make an order. I think it's not very fair towards customers as people should now before that they may need to wait longer for their order. I won't buy anything from them again though.

This company is not a scam. READ the old reviews! They all 5 stars! The problem stared after Brexit! It’s DPD / CUSTOMS FAULT !!!
The customer service is lovely and very helpful. We just need to wait for the Brexit mess to clear. I can’t wait as I’m gona be regular customers 👌💕

Waiting for my order couple of week and still didn't get it, it is a joke company

Following up what everyone else has said. I order something 7 weeks ago. At first, everything looked fine. I was told the order had been assigned to DPD a couple of days after I ordered it but then the fun and games started. DPD UK, who I just spoke to this morning, said they took receipt of the order on the 7th June - that's 6 weeks after I ordered it. The product failed custims though as the merchant hadn't filled out the paperwork correctly and the item is being returned to the seller. I have already emailed the company 3 times to ask that this be cancelled and refunded and they are no longer replying. Hard to work out if they're scammers or just waaaaay out of their depth but I would absolutely avoid and won't be using them again.

I ordered month ago! They still sending me an e-mail with and issue about delivery problem.

Also, I Call them ask for my refund. They said to me, they gave me refund already. Before I break the call I check my bank account but I haven’t got any money from them. She said me they have an letter to proof their words when I don’t have any transaction.

Scam! Scam! Scam!

I placed an order which was confirmed, two weeks later still nothing so contacted the company who stated that there was a technical error.

After a week of messing around with they are going to sent it and that it is packed, they notify me that they have cancelled the order due to a technical issue and will refund me in 3 to 7 days

Total joke of a company and one to avoid

They were keep saying to wait to the parcel almost a months then I have asked for refund they said 3-7 working day I have check account no refund asked again they said is my bank Halifax fault is just taking longer to proceed now is 2 months no refund given

I didn't receive my items,
Ask for refund, I received my money after almost two weeks.
I was reporting this site to fraud online, and stopped half way because they finally sent back my money.
Do not recommend to buy from them.

Its a follow up of my previous review, even though the delivery date was late by about 2 weeks ( which I contacted then and received a prompt refund less then 24 hrs thereafter). Today I received the item and its is a geuine perfume, they agreed I can keep the item and then will send an invoice, in my experience its not a scam, delayed yes but its a genuine company, Will buy again but this time expecting some delay.

I must admit that I was a bit concerned about my order after reading reviews after placing.
Makeup.uk have kept in regular touch and I am pleased to say that my order has just been delivered by DPD, 3 weeks after I had expected it. I have just had an email from DPD to say it will be delivered tomorrow.

I was waitnig 4 weeks for my parcel and after this time I decided to cancel my order. I got my money back during tree days after sending mail to customer service.

Worst company ever...
The company is based outside of uk which doesn’t say on the website!
Ordered my make up stuff 2 months ago and still haven’t received it !
I’ve asked for a refund many times however there was no response!

Wouldn’t recommend at all. !!!
