Brent Boychuk and his crew at Bee-line Roofing did an excellent job of reroofing our home. Sensitive to weather conditions, he and his crew got it done quickly considering how many crappy days there were!

Went through the whole process said 10% down 6% get a phone call they said 20% down is minimal and its 8% interest on a statement loan. I bet they were rebuttal and say it had something to do with my credit or statement.But the funny part is, they never did a credit check or pull and they never reviewed any of my statement. The very first questions asked were, what would be the down percent. And what would be the interest rate on this loan product And it immediately did not match what the website said it was.

Website lies fools you to put in a application. Wouldn't recommend.

Would stay away. Louis and Jamie will string you along and then ghost you.

Thank you Beeline for leveraging the BlockChain to create liquidy for myself. I sold 17% of my home to generate approximately $200,000 in cash. With the Beeline Equity product, I don’t have any monthly payments and this is a pure sale of equity. I have up to 3 years to buy it back at very fair terms and if not the money is not paid back until my home is sold. Very creative Beeline. This product is going to explode. The transaction was easy. Highly recommend it.

Worst of worst company, I have filled application and provided everything but never got call from them or If I call them they just cut off my phone. So very irresponsible.

Alex S. made the process seamless and kept me updated with the progress of the refi. Aiden provided a checklist for needed documentation. Overall I had a excellent experience. Alex S. was very responsive every time I reached out. His industry knowledge is second to none. He is definitely a valuable asset to the company. As long as Alex is there anytime I need a refi Beeline will be my go time company! Thanks again for getting me to the finish line.

Beeline's workplace culture is awful. Their staff acts very unprofessionally when dealing with customers. Chelsea Herkert.
They trick people with empty promises and hide important information. When I asked questions, they barely answered or gave confusing responses. They never made the requirements clear, and they kept the costs hidden.
Don't trust Beeline with your business! Unless you want to walk in blindfolded and have your money taken, stay away from this company. They will take advantage of you if you give them the chance. If you value honesty and clear communication, look elsewhere for your lending needs.

Bad. I have over $6million of business income for them to consider, yet the decline letter said "insufficient income".
I asked the rep to email me with whatever he was calling about since I was on vacation and couldn't talk. Instead, they just send a decline. I guess they can't be bothered to unpack the details. Easier to send the decline and forget about it.

Update: awaiting Beeline’s action on this issue and will update this review.

I will never use Beeline again.

After one refinance i made the mistake of starting another… and now more than 2 weeks closing im still being asked for more documentation… from docs they have had in their possession for now over 2 weeks.

This DSCR process I can truthfully say has been worse than a conventional/gvt backed loan, and has put me off this company for life.

The delay has cost me thousands so far, and continues to do so every day past closing.

There seems to be no sense of urgency, no urgency to review yet more documents they have requested, and I am truthfully at the end of my rope.

It shouldn’t be like this.

Just refinanced my mortgage with Rob and Aidan guiding me through the process. Everything went smoother than I could have asked and happened in less than 30 days end to end.

They were constantly proactive in guiding the process as well as attentive and quickly reacting to answer and resolve any questions I had along the way. Highly recommend Rob, Aidan, and the BeeLine team.

Jesse Monroy and beeline are scammers. This company employs shady tactics such as bait and switch. It’s a complete waste of time. Go with a more reputable lender who can get it done.

As a return customer, I have nothing but great things to say when talking about my experiences acquiring investment loans through Beeline. Unmatched professionalism and knowledge to push you through.

We worked with Alex and Aiden - Alex was our go to. He was awesome. He was patient with us and answered all questions and trust me we had a bunch being first time home buyers. We were previously using another loan agency and had nothing but issues. It was smooth sailing from day one with Beeline. We would happily recommend them to friends and family.

We will use this review and his response as evidence against him in a Federal Criminal and Civil Complaint against John Bell and Beeline. BUYER BEWARE!

He was attempting to violate Federal Laws until we Sent those laws to him via email. Waste of time, they will promise one thing to get you in the door and switch up as they go along. They claimed the loan was in my personal name but requested business documents. They convoluted, confused, baited, and switched up as they went along. We had to send them a Notice of USC 18 241 COnspiracy Against Rights and USC 242 Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law. We will get the hard inquiry removed due to the fraudulent nature of their loan processes, practices, customs, and covert activity. We had a hard time sending them a wire as their accounts we not setup correctly and even the real estate agent on the deal agreed that they seemed shady. Never again. And to John,...jimmy crack corn and....

I still cant believe my loan closed in 30 days. Heather and Doug has been very efficient and reliable the whole process. I have had bad experiences with other companies that were rude and unprofessional and make you chase them asking what the next step is. Heather and Doug gave me all the information I needed in a timely manner and fought for me til the end. Thank you so much!
