Majority Audio responded to my email query re sudden static on a 3 year old Oakington Radio/CD player within 24 hours, not just with a line or two, but with a personalised letter asking for more information. I listen to the ABC Classic FM radio all day, and normally the quality is superb, but suddenly one morning it had noticeable static, whatever I did with the switches.
I replied to their letter, and they immediately wrote back suggesting (very politely) that I test changing stations. I did so and the static persisted, but then when I reset all stations it was fine again.
Finally, Majority signed off with another personalised letter, assuring me of further assistance whenever I needed it!
And this was all without ever taking up a formal warranty!!
Majority were responsive, friendly & polite, and most importantly, new their stuff!!

After a radio that I had been given as a gift over a year ago failed to work properly, I contacted the Majority website and asked for advice. Normally most companies delay responding for several days but to my surprise I got an email within a few minutes! I explained the problem and was given a couple of options, one of which, reset the radio to factory settings, I tried immediately. And within a minute or two I was able to listen to a station that I had been unable to access. The lady who dealt with my case was most helpful and pleasant, it was a pleasure to speak to her. I have never before come across such rapid and efficient service since becoming a computer user. Truly first class service.

Very good sound, clear and giid optiins for using with my tv or phone thru blu tooth. I have hearinf issyes with tge tv and having the sound bar. Closer to where I sit is very helpful.

I’ve had the Petersfield mini DAB/FM before, only just had to replace after many years. Had a few issues with the last one with recharging it but found a work around, hoping that issue now sorted with the latest model. Certainly loved enough to buy another.

So happy with our Majority Quadrega Audio System. It arrived the day after we ordered it, was very quick and easy to set up and the sound quality is excellent. It provides everything we need including a Spotify connection from my account . We love being able to control everything from the app and we like the idea that we can still play our CD collection. The customer service is excellent and I would totally recommend this company . Even better that it’s British !

Recently bought a new tv and couldn’t get a squeak out my Snowdon soundbar which has performed seemlessly over the past 4 years. I contacted the technical team for help, and following their very prompt responses the soundbar is back to its old self! Many thanks.

I contacted customer service twice during the purchase of my Fitzwilliam 2024 tuner and had prompt and helpful responses. Delivery was speedy and via a reputable delivery company. The product itself was well packed, has a proper written manual and I was set up and playing music within 5 minutes.

I was originally looking for a hifi internet radio that would work with my vintage passive speakers. I didn't find anything suitable but came upon this radio in online reviews.
I'm very impressed with the sound quality and the fact that it picks up the wifi signal from a router which is too far away for my mobile phone to pick up!
My only criticism is that it won't play WMA music files on my USB drive.

I bought this radio in January. Great sound and easy to use. Batteries don't last long so tend to use it plugged into the mains.
Yesterday it would not switch on. E mailed Tech support. Reply in under 24 hours on a B H Monday. Advice on how to reset. Bingo! Working again

My TV stopped recognising the discs inserted and I assumed it was the DVD player. However, brilliant same-day support from Majority provided me with a number of remedies to try and having followed these I realised the fault was with the TV (not the dvd player) and I was able to sort it out within 5 minutes.

I've had a Majority soundbar for years, and had trouble connecting it when I upgraded my TV. Customer Services responded almost immediately and were very helpful, even though there was no new business for them. Would recommend their products and their follow-up services.

I was given the Majority Atlas Bluetooth speaker as a gift some years ago. It was so impressive that we got one each for my son and brother in law. Excellent sound quality and battery life. One of them developed a fault (after a couple of years) caused by someone trying to force the micro USB plug in upside down. I emailed tech support but was unable to source a replacement socket. However with the follow-up emails I had from their service desk I was able to replace the micro USB with a type C on a short lead. So the unit is back up and running. Certain to give years more of excellent service.

DVD player stopped on the sound front. Tried several things to no avail.
Contacted Majority Tech who sent an email back next morning with suggestions. Tried them and it fixed problems.
