Maison Flaneur has 0 respect for their customers. I ordered some expensive cushions (£75 each) and they not only misrepresented delivery time (said it would be 3-5 working days when it was 1+ month) but they actually delivered THE WRONG ITEM.

When I notified them of this, they made ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT to rectify the situation. They simply told me to "send them the cushions back" as if I had placed an incorrect order. It is worth noting that their customer service takes 3-5 working days to respond to every single message, meaning this dispute has been open and unresolved for 1+ months now.

This company poses as a luxury retailer but is actually completely fraudulent and has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

DO NOT BUY from this company.
I have waited months for my products zero communication. I asked to cancel the order and they said I can’t for custom products - I wasn’t aware of this or that they were custom products !! After asking again for a refund I am told that I need now to pay custom charges ! Again not made clear at time of purchase. So no product, no refund . Absolutely appalling company.

The team were so helpful when I had issues purchasing my items! They worked with me to ensure I could complete my order and were very responsive!

Whilst the products are beautiful, the customer service is beyond frustrating. My order was meant to take 8 weeks, it took 10- without apology or communication until I reached out. 3 had a plastic pane, one had glass (with no specification on the website). Whilst responsive with their communication, their customer service is both ineffectual and unapologetic with constant emails telling me they’ll sort it but without actually doing so!! The most recent now says that we’re sorting it but the product I ordered can’t be returned, so clearly no resolution is in the offing. I’m at my wits end! I’ve no doubt their response to this review will be similarly ineffectual and unresponsive!

Lovely little website with beautiful unique handmade stuff

There was an initial issue with a delayed delivery, but the team followed up proactively and ensured the order arrived in time for Christmas along with some of the best customer service I have experienced. It genuinely felt like i was dealing with a small boutique business that actually cared. Great product, and great customer service.

Purchased a wedding gift for a friend in the US. There was an issue with the delivery service and the gift was returned to the shop. I emailed the company and they sent her a new gift, no questions asked. Shipping was very quick and she was very happy with her new platter! Everything here is soo cute!

Really bad customer service experience. I ordered a large table cloth last week and the store incorrectly sent me a small one.

I reached out to MF to fix the issue and I have been getting drip fed questions to resolve the issue. The issue has gone on until the large table cloth has sold out so I am literally just trying to close out the problem and return the incorrect item.

There is a 14 day returns period and I am getting no closer to closing this out. MF just need to confirm I can return the product (they don't have a straight forward returns process - you need to be approved) and provide address of where it needs to go. I also would expect that they would pay for the return label considering it is their mistake.

Will not be using MF again after this experience. I even reached out to the company who provided the tablecloth directly to see if they could help but to no avail, I must continue this painful process with MF.

I love my new sunne cushion azure from Maison Flaneur. The colour, design and quality are excellent. I received a great service and my individual requirements were met quickly and fairly. Delivery was as expected.

I had an excellent service, I was communicated with promptly and helped out with my individual requirements and treated kindly and fairly.
Delivery was as expected. Very happy with my purchase.

From the moment I unboxed the set, I was captivated by the beautiful craftsmanship. Each piece feels luxurious, with exquisite detailing that adds character to my dining table. The variety in the designs allows me to mix and match, creating a unique dining experience every time.

Functionality is equally impressive. The dishes are sturdy and resistant to chipping, making them perfect for everyday use. I have three children, and they have put these dishes through the wringer, yet they still look as good as new! The fact that they are dishwasher safe saves me so much time after meals.

It’s refreshing to support a brand that prioritizes sustainability without compromising on quality.

Exorbitant shipping costs for two tea towels which cost £22.0. They charged me over £60 to ship from USA. This is apparently a fixed rate regardless of weight. Within minutes I realised and tried to cancel the order. They refused and said I could return the goods but would not have shipping reimbursed. A very unhelpful company. I will never use them again.
