In the monotonous vastness of online shopping, Maison Flaneur struck me immediately for its particular selections. The curated offerings are not simply elegant, they offer the sort of colloquial imagination, humor and sumptuousness of artisans who care and are having fun! This translates to a joy of use in the home that is essential as we go round and round washing up and setting tables and making and unmaking and tidying and making a blessed mess again. I love !

Great producers of quality items for the best season

Despite this being an expensive wholesaler, positioned as premium brand, selling “high quality” goods, Maison Flâneur have ridged rules on returns, even in the instance where the product I bought was not as advertised. One would presume, obviously wrongly, that if they are paying £60 for a plate, they may have the opportunity to return the product if they aren’t happy with it. Won’t be using this company again.

I ordered a picture for my daughter’s birthday. I paid for an oak frame. The picture arrived without a frame. I have emailed Maisonette Flaneur four times and sent them a picture of what I received as requested. I told them that it was for a gift so I needed a speedy resolution. I’ve heard nothing from them since sending the picture. There is no telephone number to call and no response to emails.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ENDLESS TIME SPENT TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ERROR IN THE ORDER.
AVOID BUYING FROM THEM.

Such a wide range of beautiful products, stunning quality too. The staff are very helpful and prompt in their communication. This site will defeinitely be a go to for our next accessories project!

Ordered a product. Shipping said 1-3 days. 11 days later the product arrives. Comms was poor

I recently made my first purchase from Maison Flâneur (definitely won't be the last), and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The delivery was an absolute surprise—it arrived 10 days earlier than the estimated time, and the entire process took less than a week despite being told it would take longer.

The quality was just great, beautifully crafted, and exactly as pictured. The package came with a handwritten thank-you note, which made the whole experience feel special.

My lamp was a little delayed but the contact from the MF team was reassuring. They were helpful and I would happily use them again. The lamp itself is absolutely stunning and def worth the wait.

I thought the service was appalling.

I asked for gift wrapping and I got some amateur wrapping in brown paper.

This was meant to be a gift for a wedding. I could not give the gift as the tray was overpriced and did not look quality and was wrapped as if I had bought it at an amateur craft fair. I will not be revisiting your site

My husband placed an order of two picture frames in mid June. The order was never delivered to us. I was in contact with Maison Flaneur and FedEx asking for help. After about a month of calling with Fedex around 7-8 times, I was finally told that the order was lost and that I should contact the sender for a replacement. I sent proof of this to MF's customer service and was told a replacement would be sent right away. I never heard back from Maison Flaneur despite emailing Maison Flaneur eight times. I am extremely disappointed. I have thus far refrained from leaving any negative reviews anywhere, and instead have asked for our money back kindly. However, we gave MF beyond a reasonable time to assist us in this matter.

EDIT: I still haven’t received my refund and but MF had the cheek to ask me to remove this review. Furthermore, I told them from the get go that I needed a QR code, and the item is listed as “in stock” — it doesn’t say anywhere that it takes 4 weeks to make. Communication with the customer service team was poor from the start and they’ve done nothing to try and rectify their error. Just a subpar experience overall. You’re better off buying the products directly from the independent brand.

My order took 3 weeks to arrive, only to receive the wrong colour. I’ve been chasing them for over a week trying to get a returns label, which apparently is the hardest task in the world. I’d avoid shopping here, most of the brands they stock can be found on other platforms anyway

Great service. Just be aware you may get customs charges to the uk I got charged £92 not nice. Not the supplier s fault otherwise great quality items very pleased
