Disgraceful service. My post was not accepted and I was told I had to pre-warn them when something was expected - then they lied to me about by account and cancelled the service on me, despite me telling them that there were other items of post already on the way to them.
The fact they cancelled my incoming post is absolutely disgusting. This is an awful service that people should avoid. Absolutely shocking behaviour
