While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Reaaaly good, game-changing AI tool

ChatPDF has been a game changer for me. Instead of spending hours scrolling through long PDFs, I can ask questions and get clear & accurate answers in seconds. It works great for study notes and reports. I love that it gives direct citations so I can double-check the info and the fact that it supports multiple documents in one chat makes it super practical. Simple to use, reliable and saves me a lot of time

I uploaded a document to test the…

I uploaded a document to test the service, but it didn’t work. I was about to purchase a subscription, but fortunately, I checked the reviews first. The claim about allowing two uploads before purchasing seems misleading—if not outright false. It feels like a marketing gimmick, and I regret nearly falling for it. I’d strongly advise checking reviews and the 'product' before buying. It seems like they put out claims without ensuring their software actually delivers.

Not worth your money

So, it kind of works, but the pdfs go in a random order into the program, and when I tried to reach out and ask about what is going on, I got NO help whatsoever. They did not even know how the pdfs organize themselves!! Super weird and not at all professional way of communicating. If I pay over 20 euros per month for this, it is not worth it. Please, choose a better program then this.

They stole my money after I canceled the subscription

I did not authorize any further payment. I canceled my subscription and they charged me directly from my bank account anyway. Do not use this app because they will keep on scamming you, even if you stop working with them and will forever charge you money illegally.

2 uploads wasted for nothing

Today I put 1 pdf of 365 pages and i got told by chatpdf I needed to upload a document of maximum 120 pages or to buy to upgrade my version... So I tried to reduce my PDF to 120 pages and upload it again... But it didn't work again... I guess it is supposed to be 119... So I tried to reduce to 119 and ChatPDF told me I had used my 2 uploads for the day... Even though nothing got uploaded !!! If your document get refused, your uploads count should NOT be taken into account !!!!
