Found Mahi Leather while looking for someone to make a custom engraved portfolio for a gift. Decided on which one I wanted to purchase and sent the artwork over. They provided a mock-up of how it would look, which was exactly what I had envisioned. Communication was always within 24 hours. The portfolio was shipped in a timely manner and received within 5 days of shipping via FedEx. Very pleased with the service and finished product.

I bought the columbus weekender for my husband's birthday with his initials on. Really impressed with the quality and quick delivery.

After contacting the store, they handled the situation with great care and professionalism. Although there was an initial delay, they followed up, apologized, and compensated me with a complimentary gift, which shows how much they value customer satisfaction.

My experience with this company has been really excellent. I bought a bag from them and the product itself is of really high quality, and very thoughtfully designed.
I had to contact customer care on a couple of occasions for minor questions, and I was really impressed with the great quality of their service. It was the most positive customer experience I have had in a long time. Other companies should take note.

I had an issue with the personalization on my order and from my point of view, I felt like the system was confusing and couldn't gift the mistake - the company correspondence was kind and helpful and they eventually agreed to replace my item at no charge. As a small business owner myself, I feel like this is so important and I am so grateful that they decided to resend it. During the holidays stress is high and tempers can be short - always be kind because you never know what someone else is going through. Thank you MAHI for your kindness in solving my issue.

It was very easy to order, and shipping was quick for the size and amount if items we ordered! The bags came in one package that was covered in travel bag for shipping. I love this because the box was protected and not filthy from travel. Each bag came in it's own duster bag which was a plus!

I am very impressed with the customer service of this company! The first laptop bag I received had some defective stitching around the handles that was unsightly. This was a gift for my boss, collectively paid for by our team. I did not feel good about giving this gift as it was to our great employer, so I explained our situation to the team at MAHI. They understood and sent a new bag and promised to take great care with the stitching. The bag has arrived and looks great! This is a gift We are proud to give!

Purchased a bag for a Christmas gift and had it personalized. Bag came shipped in a compact shipping box via Fedex. After I unboxed, I noticed all the creases left behind because of the way it was shipped. Can't get a refund because of the personalization and it looks horrible. I'm working on the creases, but I would not recommend this product if this is how it's presented. should have shipped it with stuffing, but the leather is ruined now.

The bag is perfect, best quality, the materials and workmanship is excellent!

I absolutely love my Mahi laptop bag. I’ve had a variety of laptop bags in the past and this is by far the best. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and the leather is beautiful. People can’t believe how little I paid for my bag, it is such good value. I can’t recommend this product enough.

I have bought backpack 12 months ago and it's really not designed to last long... immediately after receiving I noticed that leather quality wasn't good, because you could scrach the surface very easy, however I needed backpack so decided to keep it. After few months one of the locks lost a small bolt and it was not possible to close it properly, after fixing on my own expenses I continue using it on daily basis, however now I have a new issue, the colour from backpack is going off and it's damaging the clothes, leather paint is almost impossible to washout from cotton and some synthetic fabrics.

I’ve been using my Harvard laptop bag every day for the past few weeks, and it has become a real statement piece. The vintage brown color gives it a rugged, professional look, and the craftsmanship is excellent. I believe a bit of leather conditioner will help smooth the surface, but I can already see it developing a beautiful, unique patina over time. It feels sturdy and well-made; I hope to pass down to my son one day:-)
