Had amazing service from Sharron at MA Grigg. Best price around for Barbour Stravia coat. Service was second to none and to boot the Barbour coat is just brilliant. Long warm and water proof.

I bouggt a pair of Hunter wellies just over 1 year ago. Got a great price, free delivery, good updates, no hassle.

Wellies ended up being faulty one year later and covered by the 2 year guarantee. No problem exchanging them for a new pair once fault was confirmed. Free exchange too.

My experience has been great both times. I would recommend.

First time ordering from Griggs, went a bit mad and ordered 3 Barbour jackets then 2 pairs of Hunter wellies. All dispatched very quickly. I returned 1 jacket and 1 pair of boots, both of which were processed in good time. I had a query re one return and received a reply in a matter of hours. Only small issue, but would have been good to be able to put both returns into one package and save on postage but as from separate orders it seemed there was only an option to do each individually (Maybe another way I missed) That said, what is £3.50 when they have the best prices around..and trust me, I can browse for hours. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Thank you

Extremely disappointing service. Delivery slow and items missing. Still waiting for an item ordered last month that was to be a birthday gift. Would sadly not recommend or use again.

Used M A Griggs a couple of times online. They had the best sale prices for Barbour wax jackets plus a free express one-day delivery. Excellent! Highly recommended.

Hi! My experience with MA Grigg has been really positive! I ordered a Barbour waterproof jacket in Elderberry colour, size 10, however when the jacket arrived - it was quite smallish. It's good that MA Grigg have a really efficient exchange system. I returned my jacket with the label attached and asked for it to be exchanged for size 12. I received my new jacket just one week later and it is perfect! I'm really enjoying wearing it! And MA Griggs personnel have been really helpful and attentive to my request. I would recommend Barbour Women's Hebden Waterproof Jacket to all ladies - it's an excellent price and quality and it costs much less that on Barbour or House of Bruar website! Thank you MA Grigg!

I generally review companies on Google & Trustpilot prior to placing an order, and in this instance it all seemed pretty good, so I placed an online order for some Berghaus Walking Boots at approximately 3.00pm Thursday, and by 1.30pm Friday (Less than 24 hrs later) they had arrived …… the speed at which these arrived was nothing less than incredible, I’m convinced I saw smoke coming from the box because it had travelled just short of 400 miles at breakneck speed ! …… Now that it what I call speedy service, and I certainly won’t be hesitating to order again.

Terrible service on this occasion. I received the wrong size for a jacket and requested an exchange. The jacket was returned and it appeared one was sent out with dpd. I received no communication about this and missed the delivery. I've tried to rearrange the delivery with DPD who stated they'd returned it to Griggs. I've then contacted Griggs who have responded today to state the jacket is not in stock. For the pleasure of waiting a month for the correct item, I've been left shortchanged with the adjustment fee on the refund. Poor service from both Griggs and DPD.

Update - I was contacted by Kim who was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue, but unfortunately stock had run out. I received a full refund. So thanks for trying to resolve.

Normally I have no problem ordering from MA Grigg however on this occasion I’ve been sent the completely wrong item. Awaiting a response as to how this will be rectified. Could bring it in store this Sunday to get the correct item as will be nearby.

Update:

Having spoken to Abbey/Abi (apologies if I’ve spelt incorrectly), very kindly refunded £10 off the order and I can pick up the correct item on Sunday.

I ordered a pair of Hunter wellington boots as a gift. They were reasonably priced and arrived very quickly. Unfortunately I’d ordered the wrong size so they had to be sent back. A quick call to the lady ( Amanda?) in the returns dept. meant that the correct size was returned to me within 4 days.
A company can be measured by it’s customer service and as far as I’m concerned M A Griggs scores very highly.
