I rarely write reviews, but this one is truly deserved.

If it wasn’t for Tom at Magnitude Finance, I would have honestly lost hope. My application was being automatically declined based on a credit score that didn’t reflect my real financial situation. I had spoken to several dealers and brokers who made big promises but couldn’t even get me past the first hurdle.

Tom took a completely different approach.

Instead of relying on a system-generated decision, he took the time to genuinely understand my situation. Even after initial rejections, he didn’t give up. He continued to engage with lenders, explained the full picture, and pushed persistently until he got the deal across the line.

That level of commitment is rare.

It’s not just about doing a job, it’s about having the passion and integrity to stand by your client and see things through. Tom represents exactly what great service should look like. When you truly work for your clients, the company’s reputation naturally follows.

With challenges from the dealer in regards to slow replies he and the team always kept me in the loop which is much appreciated.
