Received two kits of the pen dark and white. Both are dry. I couldn't use them.

Saw these in a tv show and thought they were such a good idea. Have received them and most of them work well. Love that they stick together, my kids think there great. Customer services on the other hand is a joke. I put an order in and hadn’t received anything over a week later, so messaged them, I had to message a few times before they finally got in touch and it was over a week later before I got a reply. As my order was for a present I decided to check them and. 2 of them don’t work
One is missing a nib and one is missing ink altogether. I have messaged more than once but again no reply. I refused to order a refill pack as I don’t think I should have to pay for someone else’s mistake. The pens are great but customer services leave a lot to be desired

I had some problems with my order due to my own fault. But once the problem was resolved the company where very understanding and put my needs firsts. They always got back to my emails and didn’t let me down. And the pens themselves are outstanding.

Such a fantastic idea & this is my first (refill) purchase (first bought the base package 2 years ago!). It’s such a versatile product, however the colours are a bit limited (would like to see mote metallics, or pastels). Other than that, a great product & very little plastic waste (very environmentally friendly 🙂)

Fun product, powerful magnets, but only if the chrome balls were a little bigger, it'd be easier to build all sorts of structures.

Honestly, slowing shipping ever. I made my purchase on November 19th - it didn't ship from you until the beginning of December, and I still haven't received it. I'm hoping the new gel pens are better than the original refills - which barely lasted a week with light use. Hoping one day I will be able to tell first-hand - if I ever get them!

Very cool Gadget

Very pleased with order and super fast delivery.

The pens look nice and promising, bought two boxes, but... when they arrived 15% of the pens were already dry. After some months (one does not use the pens every day) they have all dried out! Cannot compare with Stabilo - they are not dry after few years of non-use.
Love the idea and design, but sad concerning the quality.

These look great but they arrived with dried ink and although they replaced them the replacements dried out quickly too. If you don't use them regularly then they dry out, so not very happy with them.

These look amazing, but when we opened ours they had already dried out. We had already ordered refills so opened them straight away, within a month of barely being used these too had dried out. Really disappointing - particularly as we thought these would be an environmentally friendly pen option. An expensive con.

I don't have yet received the Magnetips, order #2634, placed on April the 24th.
I wrote for news about that but your Costomer Service don't provide any replay yet (today is May the 9th). very, very, bad.

Easy to order, arrived in great shape, great pens, been using them for two plus years
