Scam
Yes, it's a scam. Product does not work and they don't refund despite their money back guarantee. I disputed the transaction through my bank so hopefully I'll get a refund. They aren't Australian either.

Total crap
Doesn't work very well and their "try for 30 days" marketing ploy is essentially a scam. Everything ships from china and takes about two weeks and the quality is pretty awful. Sad to say I got sucked in by the insta marketing but never again. Also say they are Australian based but no sign of an ABN , and their reply email is some weird Christian thing instead of their customer service email. All round bad experience

Fast delivery to the UK and excellent communication with the company. The brush is advertised as removing pet hair and I would agree that it does do that. Not as efficiently as advertised,but it does work quite well.
