Don’t waste your time or money…. Places an order on 06/12/25 and not yet received it. In this day and age shipping shouldn’t take weeks.

This company seems to be a marketing scam. Supposedly the product works but I wouldn't know. I ordered 2 brushes on November 24th. It's now December 16 and no product. I continually get advertisements and even got an email asking to rate and review the product I don't have! I have reached out to the company via Messenger several times. Turns out my order was coming from the middle of China. Reviews said product arrives in about 3-5 days. The company has not once reached out to me to know what's going on. I had to initiate all the conversation on Messenger. I keep getting told they are escalating my situation to some unknown higher level but I have heard nothing back. I just want my money back! I have head that the product does work, but I later found out you can get the same exact thing on Amazon for cheaper! You will get it in 2 days and Amazon actually helps when needed. I will not ever purchase from this company again and I would not recommend it all all!

These brushes do not work. I let the company know, they wanted a video, I sent a video using both brushes on my car seats, didn't get a response, I emailed to say they need to honour their "30 day money back guarantee, no questions asked", no response. Do not waste your money.

They never sent me the product. Reached out to them multiple times over multiple months.

Beware! Norton tags their website as a likely fake e-store. I ordered some as stocking stuffers for Christmas, and now the website appears to no longer exist. I don't know if I'll actually receive anything or not. I'll give it a few more days before attempting to get a refund since it's only been about a week since I ordered it, but I suspect it's a loss. Check out these sites advertised on Facebook carefully before ordering anything.

Decent grooming tool with room for improvement. It removes loose fur fairly well and feels gentle on my pet’s skin. However, it struggles with thicker coats and can be tricky to clean. Good for light grooming, but not a complete solution.

The company delivered this product to the wrong address and sent me photos of this address to "prove" they had delivered it. I have not received a refund, the product nor emails to explain the process. Very poor customer service.

Don’t buy. They aren’t shipping from the Gold Coast, it comes from China. I ordered mine 10th October, still not received 3rd November and tracking last update on 19th October says it’s still in China. They’re a scam.

Super scammy. The product doesn’t work on my couch, but they won’t tell me how to send it back for a refund - they keep saying they’ll get back to me and they never do. Their emails also come from multiple companies: “seek first bible study” and “baby carrier official co”. I’ve emailed 4 times now and will probably have to issue a chargeback.

Against my better judgment I bought the Magic Brush due to their 30-day money back guarantee which states a quick refund if for "ANY REASON" a customer is not satisfied, with "NO QUESTIONS ASKED". This is 100% a LIE. I bought it specifically to remove hair from an armchair and immediately saw that it did not work. I requested a refund and was met with MANY questions, and requests for me to send videos of me using the item. I declined as this goes completely against their stated return policy and they told me that they would not issue a refund unless I provided the video. Then they send an ALTERNATE refund policy totally different from the one on their HOMEPAGE, which said returns must be UNUSED. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT BUY from this company. They will write WHATEVER they want on their website to get people to buy. The Trustpilot reviews showing perfect scores are made up. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.

Product doesn’t work and when I asked for a refund with video proof, I just got the run around and still no refund, even though their website states that a full refund will be given with no questions asked.

Absolute garbage! Looks and feels cheap (and it isn’t )
There is no room to put your hand in the glove - and when you sweep it side to side (as they do in the adverts ) it crumples and creases - rendering it useless! DO NOT BUY! - such a waste of money

Product was ineffective for removing pet hair, it does not work as advertised. Only removing some of the hair then hard to get hair off the brush. Waste of money. Tried on dining chairs, clothes and lounge.
