Very straight forward booking through the online chat. Jessica G was amazing and booked my holiday for me and answered all my questions and guided me through every step. This completely took all the stress from me. Would highly recommend booking through MagicBreaks

We have just booked our 5th cruise with Simon Taylor from Magic breaks - the customer service we have received with every booking has been incredible. Simon responds so quickly to our email enquires, he is polite, knowledgeable and answers all of our (many) questions with thought and care. I honestly would not go anywhere else now to reserve our family holidays. Thankyou Simon - you are wonderful!

I’ve just booked our 2nd Disneyland Paris trip through MagicBreaks, this time with the help of Alex May they were extremely helpful answering all questions I had and advising things that we can do on site to make our little girls birthday extra special! The booking was made so quickly and I will definitely book through them again (because let’s be honest - it’s Disney - we will go again!!)

My husband booked a week away at Les Nature Village, with 1 day Disneyland Paris tickets for my daughters 4th Birthday in June.

Since booking, we have decided to cancel the dated ticket for disneyland and as my tickets, booked through Magicbreaks state that the tickets are fully refundable and cancellable without charge up to 3 days before our visit, i thought i would cancel magic breaks to do so and then look to extend out holiday with the extra night at one of the disneyland hotels.

I tried calling your customer services, however, the woman i spoke with was extremely rude and it was clear that within the first 10 seconds of the call being answered she didn't want to help, and said my tickets aren't able to be cancelled, despite me telling her i have an email that conflicts this and there being no mention in their terms and conditions that this wouldn't be possible. I have been mis-sold.

Natalia was brilliant, I had trouble booking online and she managed to sort the problem and book everything for me. I may have given up if it wasn't for her. She was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

Great customer service. All questions answered and booking processed late on a Sunday evening. Would highly recommend.

Amy Stevens booked our Disney trip for 2026 and was so helpful throughout.. we actually had to then change our booking to beginning of 2027 and this was done so easily!

I have booked Disney in the past via other company’s & done it myself separately and it’s never been as straight forward as booking through Amy.

We are also staying in the Disney hotel & got a really good price for 3 nights & character breakfast 🙌🏼♥️
