It’s a scam they took my money then blocked me

Put an order in on 3/25 with express delivery and other than reaching an automated message board , I have no response from this company. On the automated answering system they give me a us tracking number that shows the label has been created but not picked up. Buyer beware, fake as hell.

Ordered the new Ortur 10A laser on Feb 3rd being the site said they ship from the local warehouse within 24hrs. 6 days later and it still hasn't shipped.

Waiting to hear back from support on what the hold up is and when I can expect it to ship or canceling my order if they cant ship it within a day or two.

I wrote originally that it may be a scan. It is not. My order has shown up and in perfect condition. The only reason for 4 stars is because of lack of communication.
This company is not a scam and has terriffic pricing and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Said it would ship in 24 hours and is have it on Jan 31. It's late on Feb 1st and it hasn't shipped. They said they'd ship it "soon". Their customer service is trash. There are many reliable sites; This isn't one.

Complete waste of time Stay away. Wow, beautiful website,they are quick to take your money, afterwards nothing is being done.15 days after payment and item still not processed. They went silent when I asked to cancel my order.. unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars or else I would.

I gave them two stars because I didn't get a chance to check out there order. I ordered a Ortur Laser engraving Machine Pro. It was supposed to be refurbished. I thought for the price what could go wrong?
Also I thought I had plenty of time to use it. It was two weeks before Christmas. They said it would ship in 4 to 7 days. So I ordered it. I get and email the next day that said - Shipped. Hurray, I thought. A couple of days go by, and I inquired about my order as I was not getting any shipping information excepted shipped. I then get and email that said that it was out of stock, and I could upgrade to a new model for what they were already selling it at a normal price for?
1. How could an order be out of stock when I was already told it had shipped?
2. The reason I was getting the refurbished model was for the lower price. Why would I want to buy the same model at a not discounted price?

Good quality products. Any issues or delays with orders were handled very well by the customer service. This is my #1 go to shop for laser engravers and accessories!

I received an Ortur Laser Master 2, despite having ordered the Laser Master 2 Pro. The item I did receive was missing the belt tensioner/limit switch assembly. After several days of emails back and forth, I received just the limit switch. What they sent me is completely useless. I am beyond unhappy and i am considering disputing the charge with my bank. I will not do business with such an unprofessional company.

I deleted my complaint. "Made the Best.com" stood by their refund policy. They refunded me the full amount showing me they're a genuine company. You are going to have problems sometimes with products. I wouldn't hesitate doing business again with them in the near future.

I bought a laser engraver. They shipped it with zero packing. The item was destroyed. After all my emails went unanswered I disputed the charge. Paypal got me a full refund. Stay away.

I would give negative stars if at all possible, ordered the refurbished otur laser master 2 the rotary and the dog tags,received the laser minus a power supply and that all paid for a rotary and tags but never received them,advise to the masses, NEVER BUY FROM MADETHEBEST

This site is a compelety scam!
They only communicate with the buyer until placing your order, furthermore you able aprox. one time to ask about shipping status, you only receive an "out off office" reply which looking an automatic reply but its isn't.
Avoid this site, do not order from them!!!

Very unhappy. All hardware and power supply missing from my ortur laser master 2. Multiple emails have been sent to their customer service email. Crickets. Horrible customer service. Very very very unhappy. Would no recommend to anyone.

This company sells their engraving machines under the brand name ortur, but the service attitude is bad, and the logistics is very slow, I asked for a return, never gave me a refund, this store is terrible, don't buy from here

I'm happy about the product. Before order I was a bit scary to order that expensive thing from this store because I read some bad reviews about shipping. But in my case everything was fine! + Great printer, nice results, easy to assemble, quiet printer. Shipping was really fast, even before expected delivery date. From CN warehouse to The USA. I order item at monday afternoon and it came Thursday afternoon. - I would expect a better packeageing, but that has nothing to do with shop but rather with manufacturer. Packeage came a bit damaged but I guess it was DPD DE - delivery company problem.

The product arrived very quickly. 5 days. Both the packaging and the product arrived in perfect condition. and the machine works impressively. Now it's time to enjoy.

This is the second FLSUN Super Racer I have bought. The first one was bought in May, 2022 and I have been using it almost every day. I am running these printers at 100 - 150mm/s speed at .194 layer height. This speed is 2 -3 times faster that my Cartesian printer with getting the same or better quality prints. You can see the quality of the attached photos. I think you will agree... I have and will continue to recommend this solid printer to anyone who is looking for fast printing with high quality prints right-out-of-the-box. Good Job FLSUN !!!
