Fake scammers, avoid by every means possible, I bought a ps5 for my kids and haven’t gotten this till date, neither have I received any update on the order…

Scam company who don't deliver avoid at all costs even if shown on klarna do not trust

Scam company, same as delivery company, they provide a fake track number, and keep delaying the day of delivery, at beginning the respond at emails and when it's the day of delivery the don't respond anymore. Please don't buy nothing from them, unless you want a big headache, and you want to lose your money. Report everywhere

Scammers along with the courier they claimed to use yodelexpress.uk.com

I did suspect the as the prices were so good but I thought buying by credir card protected me.

Luckily American Express immediately disputed and all resolved

Kept changing delivery date. I formed my credit company on the same day purchased good. They checked the company informed me they looked genuine. As was on company house. Delivery changed from 23rd Sept to 26th. Got in touch with credit card Informed doesn't seem right.

Scam warning - ‘thecococompany.co.uk’ together with their fictitious courier ‘yodelexpress.uk.com’ do not exist. Those of you, like us, who have used a credit card please contact your card provider immediately. You should be covered under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

We were defrauded by TheCoCo Company after paying £519 for a vacuum cleaner. Initially, I received a payment receipt, which gave me false confidence. But that was the last legitimate interaction.
After five days, I had received no tracking number or follow-up email. Only after I chased them did they send a suspicious tracking link. The page looked fake from the start — poor design, incorrect courier branding (Yodel), and inconsistent delivery updates. It claimed my parcel was “out for delivery” while simultaneously delaying the delivery date. Eventually, the tracking link disappeared entirely, returning a 404 error, and the website became inaccessible.
I’ve had to dispute the payment with my bank and report the fraud to Action Fraud UK.
🔍 Additional Red Flags
The company behind the payment is Doods Devel LTD, registered only weeks ago with no trading history.
Their listed address is a lock-up storage unit.
The phone number and email are non-functional.
The courier “YodelExpressUK” is a spoof of the real Yodel.
Multiple victims report similar experiences — fake tracking, no delivery, and no refunds.

This is a fraudulent operation. They are actively stealing money from unsuspecting customers. Do not trust the website, the reviews, or the branding.

They should be shut down and investigated. The fact they’re allowed to trade is deeply concerning.

I ordered and paid for a Dreame robot vacuum cleaner. Nothing has arrived. Their address is a lock-up storage company. Telephone and email not being answered. My bank (First Direct) has asked me to wait 30 days before raising a dispute!

I paid for an item as it appeared cheaper than elsewhere and was sent a payment receipt right away which was a good a thing or so I thought

5 days later I had received no follow up emails or a tracking number, I only got this when I had emailed to find out if they had an update on delivery

I received an email saying that I could check the tracking through a link that was sent to my email

Once you clicked the link it did indeed take you to “Track your parcel” page except just by looking you could see this was a complete scam, from the logo, courier name and their tracking system, at one point it told me my estimated delivery day had been put back 2 days while it was simultaneously out for delivery 🤔 go figure..

Anyway the day came and went with no delivery to nobody’s surprise.

The next day I thought I’d click the tracking again only to be met with an error 404 message and the website now seemed unaccessible

I’ve had to dispute the payment with my bank in the hopes of being reimbursed

Lesson learned the hard way. Just pay the bit extra to a reputable company

Though how they were allowed to trade like this is quite concerning

SCAM DO NOT BUY! The product does not arrive and they will not respond to you. Thankfully my bank managed to get my money back but do not ever buy from this company!

I ordered a new Samsung S25 phone but never received it.

The homepage and email doesn't exist any more.

Please avoid this company completely

Put an order in as the reviews was good then to then get the same as people are saying now,do not buy from here it’s a scam website,trying to get my money back through the bank as u won’t ever be able to contact this company,lesson learnt.

Fake trustpilot reviews (which is what got me) , contact number not working, fake delivery confirmation email with fake carrier name...
Complaint filed and credit card dispute process started. Avoid at all costs!

This is a fake website and will steal your money.
