This company is a total scam, and have stolen 499.75 dollars from my card card., and I've tried to contact them, they never answered my emails. I sent them a cancelation notice. Cream gave me 2 spots

This company is a scam. They've charged for merchandise that i haven't received of 499.75 they won't answer my emails. And they have a bogus phone number. I had to stop the first cream. Because it gave me 2 brown one face, that iam very angry about. And I sent then a cancelation notice. And still nothing, this has been going on since July. I have had my credit card bank do a dispute against them 3 times now, with no positive results. I've reported them to the BBB. So I want to let the public know DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM MABOX SKIN CARE. This company is a fraud.

NOTHING BUT A SCAM

NOTHING BUT A SCAM
I purchased this back in Oct. Got charged $14.95 for a one time charge. 3 days later I got banged 3 times for $99.95. I was issued a temporary credit with my bank and here it is over a month later Im charged again 3 times for $99.95. I find this very unfair. DONT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED

Do not place an order with this…

Do not place an order with this unscrupulous business. This company is a total scam. They have a website that offers to send you a sample retinol face cream for $14.99, free shipping. as soon as you place an order, they immediately start charging you credit card $99.95 within a few days. They have no contact phone number and they don't even send you anything to acknowledge your order. I returned my $14.95 sample and asked for a refund of the additional $199.90 they charged to my credit card. I got their customer service email address from my credit card company. I never heard from them again. They need to be put out of business. They have swindled so much money out of unsuspecting customers. I am in my 70's so they are guilty of elder abuse and theft.

DO NOT order from here unless you want…

DO NOT order from here unless you want money taken out of your account without them specifying this when you order. I ordered a one time fee of $14.95 with free shipping. My account was charged $14.95 PLUS $199.90!!!! I have been trying for days to get this money reimbursed and as they conveniently do not have a phone number all you can do is talk to customer support thru their on-line agents who do not respond to anything. These charges are reported as fraud by my bank and will be pursued as so until they are made right. I also reported this to the BBB.

Mabox is a scam

Please BUYER BEWARE! Mabox is a fraud, how they work is to send you a small jar of retinol ( i agreed to nothing else) for $14.95 on social media big mistake! Once they get your card number they beginning billing you fraudulent charges of $99.95 on the same cc ( four on mine) within a few days! But here is the kicker, your credit card is supposed to protect against fraudulent charges but in this cases they are refusing to abide by their own policy and I think it is because they are not accessing Mabox to recoup their obvious losses so are putting it back on consumer who has been defrauded! This is illegal! The cc companies were also duped and refuse to acknowledge! I will not pay one penny to Mabox. We need to get a class action law suit against Mabox and if necessary against the cc companies. I will contact an attorney if necessary to protect my excellent credit and Mabox will never get a dime from me! They need to be exposed for what they are! Unfortunately they are not legitimate and are probably operating out of China and we as consumers are having our own American companies turn their back on us!

The product had no packing slip

The product had no packing slip, no invoice no contact number. But a week later I’m being charged $99.00 for a consultation. I never spoke to anyone and the phone # my credit card company gave me was not in service. The same product sells on Amazon for $9.95 without the hassle. It’s a sham, be very aware of this so called company. They are thieves.

Can I write less than 0

Can I write less than 0. Total scam. Ordered off FB this product. Live on SS and was going for operation and did not notice till my daughter called and asked about five withdrawals. Worse part is my bank TD Bank said they could not find fraud as this company gave me back two of the five withdrawal and needless to say I never received product. It's bad enough to get scammed but your banks fraud dept. can't go on line and see all the same scams perpetrated on all of us??? TD Bank will no longer be my bank after this. Scammers know how to work their scams. Imagine if they got payments of $99.95 from each person and their bank of card company did not support their client and go after Mabox. Nice money right. I am out three $99.95 and nobody it appears seems to care. Somebody please go after these crooks. Just to add, in speaking with the attorney generals consumer fraud they stated in buying any products on line make sure to read any fine print as there is where the fraud is perpetrated. I don't remember any fine print and I cannot go back to the FB ad but that is the most important info I can share with you all to educate you that there is most times fine print. Be aware. Scammers are more educated in scams then we are in prevention of scams
