Company is totally fraud... Last month I have applied for loan and all the time they have given me a wrong commitment and still the company does not my 40k and still they are giving a wrong information... I think company does not care about the customer they care about money... If company will not refund my money I will take a ligal action again the comply company will pay for that..

I have applied for a personal loan with Dhani. One of the executive called me took my details. With in 4 hours he sent me an approval letter for 5 Lakhs. Then he told me send Rs.9500 as processing charges. After an Hour I got another Sms demanding Rs.19500 as GST. The. Only they will release the Loan amount . But it was not mentioned in the approval letter. Then i requested to refund my money and he told me it's not refundable . Then i understand that I am trapped. So do not trust Dhani. They are criminals and scammers.

Beware: Predatory Loan Practices & Harassment

I took a personal loan from a major NBFC which uses Dhani’s platform. What initially seemed like a standard loan quickly turned into a nightmare:

Despite the loan being fully paid and officially closed (as per their own statement), my account was still shown as “active / outstanding”.

I was repeatedly asked for “proofs” I had already provided, while no final NOC was issued and my credit bureau record remained incorrect.

There were forced payments, overcharges, inappropriate penalties, and phone calls that caused severe anxiety and business disruption.

The company’s grievance system failed to respond meaningfully even after 65+ emails and 60+ support tickets.

My experience strongly reflects a pattern of harassment, mis-representation, and unfair trade practice. I strongly advise potential borrowers to proceed with extreme caution.

This is scam wallet no body should use it, they blocked my account without any further reasons and they block my money inside the wallet without refund as well.

They are thief, cheaters and criminals.

God will really punish them for cheating and stealing from people hard earned money.

They have taken my hard earned money just like that without refund.

They send fake product and did not refunded my money after 29days gone.
All customer care person are fake..and not giving the response towards refund..dont go after cheap product bcoz all are fake.

Worst ever shopping app. Most unfortunately they used to sell fake product. I have purchased Cetaphil which is totally a fake product. The enclosed picture will speak for itself. Please check the crimp where all details are supposed to be there but nothing us mentioned. If you make complaint they will neither return nor refund the money.
Don't buy any product from them.

I ordered 5 deodorants. But I have received only one deodorant and have paid for all five so help me and reply

Third class app taking money and cancelling order initially when called says have to wait for 3 days and after 3 days asking to wait for week when you call after week they suddenly drops the call without saying anything fake app. Please do not buy any thing from this app

This is the worst app i have ever seen. Cheap quality products n pathetic customer service. I rcvd 5 fake products n they cancelled all my return n refund requests. When I called them they said i have to accept whatever they send. No money will be returned, employees are very rude. Please do not buy anything from them. It's a scam.. please close this service.

Their service wasn't good. They cannot solve any problem of customers. Yet they can't given my refund also,

1.They are taking 15 to 30 days to deliver ordered items.
2. Taking payment and showing in app that item delivered but items never reached. On complaint not hearing grievances.
3. Orders are sent in parts.

It’s one of the worst app.They do not deliver on time and make false excuses and still don’t deliver your order. Avoid this app forever.

Kachra service mene 29th Sep ko order kiya tha jo abhi tak nahi aaya hai or abhi customer care me phone krta hu to bolta hai ki abhi 7 day or lagege jo ki 2nd Oct. ki delivery date show ho rahi thi....

I have ordered a kurta from Dhani and as it was small in size for me, I had requested for return. After a week or so, a person came and collected the kurti from me. The process was not updated in the app and my refund was also not initiated.

I have applied for dhani membership. The membership had an offer of one smartphone, which they later cancelled it. It seems like a fraud from the part of Dhani. Moreover, I have not been able to use the membership benefits also.

It's better you change the name Dhani to Cheater. Nor the quality of products are good nor the things are delivered on time. I have been using many Apps but i have never came across such kind of difficulties.

I hope the team would look into the matter and sort out a solution.

Extremely pathetic service. Multiple products shown on website are never available. Horrific app experience. A white background with white texts so can't see anything and customer service is clueless about this. Order can't be cancelled when invoice once ready even though it has only been few minutes or hours. A very dissapointing experience. Advised to stay away and choose better reputed services.

Dhani is the biggest scam of the decade. I have been emailing them to close my account for a month. Even though all dues are cleared they still asking me to pay the subscription fee in the name of “uncleared dues” despite not even using their app for over a month. Please don’t get into this

Kachra service mene 11th jun ko order kiya tha jo abhi tak nahi aaya hai or abhi custom care me phone krta hu to pata chalta hai apka order nahi ho sakta apko refund milega wo bhi tab jab mene pu6a or bina bataye refund ganrate kr diya hai, mat krna order bakwaas

From app to customer service everything is fraud. This app is total scam. I ordered few items on this app before check out it was showing this is final price. After that they charged extra on credit card transaction. Till 10th day items were not even dispatched. And when I called customer representative said your tracking ID will be created in 3 hours, but it was not done. So I called next day they said it is not created and it'll be done in 3 days so call after 3 days. And worst part is after this all the customer representative are so rude. They don't even say sorry for inconvenience. Instead of saying sorry they talk to customer very rudely. And All offers on this app are just to attract customers so they can easily scam them.
