They have been very helpful and easy going. Have been coming here a few times and I always come back.

I am very satisfied with my treatment at the clinic. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I always feel well cared for. The staff are professional, friendly, and very helpful.

I would especially like to mention Ela at reception, who is always kind and supportive. She clearly explains each treatment, which makes me feel comfortable and confident.

Thank you for such a high standard of care. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I recently came in for a visit with Dr. Baral for my polynucleotide treatment, and I was genuinely impressed. Her knowledge and understanding were exceptional she took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the treatment and completely put me at ease.
She is an incredibly skilled doctor, and I can see why she came highly recommended by a friend. I felt confident and well cared for throughout the entire experience.

Dr Vanessa did an amazing job with my botox, nothing is too much. Never feel rushed or hurried. I am confident that she will also be able to help with a divot I have in my cheek, by using filler. I have had people ask what I have had done and two are booking appointments for treatments with Dr Vanessa. Very happy with what I have had done and treatments priced are really affordable. Reception staff are also equally great.

Dr Vanessa is amazing, I have been having Botox since my early 20’s - sometimes with “celebrity” Harley Street injectors.
I am now 38, after Botox with Dr Vanessa my colleagues commented I looked 10 years younger! Her understanding of placement to get the best result, was amazing and made such a difference to my overall result, lifting my whole face.
I think the right amount of units were also used to get a good result.
I’m so happy, I will be regularly visiting for my injectables.

I am quite upset by the treatment I have received from “the management” of Med 1 Beauty clinic. It was located locally to my home and I was initially pleased to find the clinic and had the intention to become a regular client, particularly due to the reasonable pricing and the fact that qualified doctors do the treatments.

However I had repeatedly queried the fact that there is no manager in the UK to oversee the running of the business. Each clinic has a receptionist and a doctor, both of whom are apparently not authorised to deal with complaints or even to use their own discretion in handling any issues that may arise. Customers are always informed by the receptionist that the queries have been sent to the owner but he “has not responded”. I believe it’s reasonable to expect to be able to speak to management with any concerns, particularly given that it’s an aesthetic clinic.

I receive regular marketing mails which are always sent on Fridays. The customers are given till the Monday to book the promotions and then a very short period to have the treatments. I had queried not being allowed to use a full promo due to the 2 week safe period that is generally required between treatments. I tried to convey my concerns to the receptionist but she was adamant that it was the protocol of the business. I requested that she pass on my query to the owner and let me know the response. She was also aware that I had sent the owner numerous emails with no response. When I didn’t hear back from her, I called and was informed that the owner had said I could no longer attend the clinic due to the concern I had expressed and I should “find somewhere else”!

After spending thousands of pounds on treatments at the business and then being so abruptly “dropped”, I was really disappointed and even more so after having been totally ignored by the owner (who is based in Germany). I had sent the owner about 10 emails over several months and had not even received a response and now finally after months, I receive an email telling me I was no longer able to attend the clinic! I find this unacceptable and unprofessional.

I visited M1 beauty this month for the first time and couldn't be more satisfied. I contacted reception via WhatsApp and it was super easy to make a booking.
The appointment went super smoothly, we discussed my goals and appropriate treatment.
The clinic is easy to find, just by London Wall.

10/10 experience. Dr. Vanessa is exceptional, amazing job and her approach with clients is brilliant. Highly recommend , best doctor I tried at M1 by far!

I have been going here for a few years for my lips and they overfilled my lips at my last treatment and now demand £200 to dissolve them to fix an issue they caused in the first place. According to the reception their management team is unavailable until further notice which made me chuckle and no response to my complaint email. Do not visit here if you expect a professional service.

I used to be a client of a different branch they now closed but this other branch in liverpool street disappointed me today. They completely lost me as a client plus they earned a negative review for: 1) wasting about 2 hours of my time for travelling to/from there for nothing! 2) wasting me £6 of underground cost to have NO service done at all after they knew I wasn't going there for a "free consultation" today: I had called them on the phone yesterday to warn them I was planning to have actual injections applied. Yet, to my negative surprise, they claimed they had to enforce their rule that no injection can be done on ANY part of the face because I had the same type of treatment done in a completely different part of the face 2 months ago and they state we need to have at least 3 months of zero injections done literally anywhere in the face in order for them to do the service. A "rule" that they didn't communicate to me on the phone yesterday and that I never came across anywhere else. Had they told me their rigid rule yesterday I wouldn't have gone there to waste time today

Clinic is amazing! Have done some treatments with doctor Yunitza and im totally satisfied with her professionalism and friendly nature! Highly recommend!
