The craftsmanship of their products is really excellent, very creative designs and great product quality. On the other hand, if anything is not exactly right, the customer service is absolutely excellent, my issue has been resolved practically instantly.
Good quality rings but their support is very bad.
Takes weeks to process refunds or exchanges.

From the very start it was a professional tone on all emails. All my questions were answered and even got a proposal to my problems. Affordable jewelry for everyone and fast customer service.
Sure you have to wait a bit for your custom order but well worth it.
The website was easy to understand. I ordered two rings which arrived really fast. one of the rings was too small so i returned it and Ludvig replied to my email right away and went out of his way to assist me. I am thrilled with my experience from lyxery and will most definitely order from here again
