Customer support was very fast!

Had an issue in claiming my tickets. Lyte has a policy that if your card fails you have 71 hours to provide a backup payment method. I had a response from customer support within an hour to help me out so I could claim my tix in the time frame

Emailed in about my ticket because the website wasn’t telling me what I needed to know, and Anna helped me fast and very good. Was nothing but nice to me and even changed my address for me becauee I couldn’t figure out how too. Thank you Anna !!

Stay away unless you want unwanted charges

Absolutely absurd concept, charged me $200 without asking weeks after I joined a waitlist.

Why in the world would this not be on an opt in basis?? If you join the waitlist they will CHARGE YOU WITHOUT ASKING and if you miss the email can't get a refund.

Yet another predatory ticketing system

Thank you Rachel and Gene!

I was trying to return tickets through the exchange for an event that is tomorrow. I tried two ways to do that through lyte.com: one attempt told me I was too late and had missed the sales event; the other told me my email/account couldn't be found. Rachel assured me the exchange was still active and gave me simple instructions for next steps. I was able to submit a return request and got a reply from Gene who found my account and gave me simple instructions to access it. My account was recognized and tickets were immediately accepted/exchanged. Thank you for the excellent customer service, Rachel and Gene!
