The power bank only charged for 31 minutes/ 14% of charge into my phone before the bank was fully discharged . The pub I was in had no way of giving me an alternative power bank without me paying again . So I recieved 50% service for 100% charge and no means of this being recified
Bankrupt Company that Screwed People Over
The company filed for bankruptcy without any word to the people who sold tickets using their site and are still waiting on payment. I sold mine for Aftershock and had received no word. The company filed about 1 month, which I found out through Reddit, before they said the payments would go through and now it seems everyone is just totally screwed.

Lyte leaves hundreds hanging for CRSSD
Got a confirmation my Fall 24’ CRSSD ticket was refunded and should have received money via PayPal 10/1. Instead their website is down and no refunds are being issued as of a week and a half ago. This isn’t happening just to me, but to everyone who used them for this event.
Condescending
I filled in all the forms and got a call several hours in advance. Was then told that appointment times were eastern daylight time and I line west. I should know this
It is very evident on the app she said. So why didn't I see it? Gee I wonder. Canceled then and there. I don't need another condescending interaction with technology.

I dealt with “Jazz” who assisted me in obtaining a refund for the Bourbon and Beyond festival.
It was a very stressful time for us as my wife had a heart attack which is why we were looking to sell our tickets. “Jazz” was extremely helpful, patient, and gave us great customer service.
I just wanted to acknowledge her customer service and say thank you for her support.
Increased price of my reserved Ticket
Increased the price of my reserved ticket by $40 without notifying me, and are now trying to take it out of my account. Lyte support stated they are "unable to reverse the change".

Problem Returning Ticket
There was what appeared to be a system glitch during my attempt to return a ticket. I submitted a service request with Lyte on July 10 using online form, and was pleased to get a quick response from Lyte support. They requested a screenshot of the tickets from my profile page, which I provided. Then I got a reply "our team is looking into this" with a promise to get back to me soon.
Today is July 18, over a week has passed, and no response. I tried to call company phone number, but all I could get - a message advising to submit a request using online form.
It is really frustrating. I fear that I only have two days to return my ticket for a full amount without financial loss, before next phase of ticket sale to the event begins. I need the issue to be resolved ASAP. Posting here, because I don't know what else to do.
