I have had issues with last 2 contacts…
I have had issues with last 2 contacts with Lyca help. Resulting in my phone number which is connected to tax, doctor, AIMA etc being disconnected because your advisor did not understand me correctly.
I had to buy a new plan with new number and reinstate my old number onto that plan resulting in a day without phone or Internet access and an additional cost which I had not been made aware of. Not happy.
