I ordered a Gucci wallet $495 January 10, 2023. After several inquires regarding my purchase and several excuses, January 31, I requested a refund of my money. This is very bad customer services and borders fraudulent practice. I will not order anything from LXR again nor do a referral.
I see the bad reviews here, but my experience was the opposite. Shipping was fast for the 2 bags I had recently bought from them. One was the Loewe small puzzle bag in Excellent condition, and the other was the Balenciaga City bag in the same condition. Previous to that, I had bought other luxury bags and small leather goods from them since 2016. My very first pre loved designer bag was from them. I was able to purchase all of these at really good prices, sometimes I even consider them a steal. I had no problem at all, so I have no experience with their customer sevice as I didn't need to get in touch with them. I would buy from them again.
Against my better judgement after reading multiple absolutely horrible reviews online about this company I still decided to purchase a bag during their women’s day 25% off sale . After purchasing the bag I was sent an email the next day saying there was a mistake and it was already sold , yet when I go on the website the bag is still there, for the full price before discount . It is obvious my purchase was cancelled because they didn’t want to sell it at the sale price . Customer service is impossible to get a hold of even if you call or email during business hours 10-5pm EST. Dont let any good reviews fool you , I would not recommend dealing with this company in any way or purchasing from them . Have learned my lesson and mistake and should have believed the bad reviews that are all over online .
They take your money when it’s time to buy, but trying to return something is impossible. No one picks up the customer service line. Sent them several emails with no response. Finally had to get my credit card company involved! Certainly have people working to take your money and ship items, but no customer service?!
