2 months have passed and my order have not arrived

It took over a month to arrive and when I reached out to customer service to ask where my package was, they never responded. Finally got my dress and to say I was disappointed with the quality is a massive understatement.

Ordered since the first of February and still haven’t received my order.

Took over a month to send shipment and receive shipment because you sold something that wasn’t in stock

Once we received it, stitching came out as we got it out of the bag.

Its been over 2 weeks and order has still not shipped. I wrote to their Support email and got a basic reply to say 'no hasn't shipped yet, you'll get an email when it does' ... not helpful and longest order processing ever.

Terrible experience, I made my purchase on January 14th and I'm still waiting for it to arrive.

Absolutely disgusted...I ordered a left shoulder body suit to go under my mother of the bride dress. They sent a right shoulder one, I immediately pointed out the error and that it was only a couple more months before the wedding. I was assured that the correct one would be sent in plenty of time...it wasn't, each week I requested an ETA for replacement they would not give a tracking number and was told it would have to be passed on to another department if I was asking for tracking. Needless to say the wedding came and went and I am still waiting for a replacement 6 months after my first complaint! I would not be ordering again avoid this company like the plague!

Delivery time was acceptable, however the overall quality was disappointing. Once unpacked, it was clear that the item was poorly made. It has remained unused since. I would not recommend this purchase, as it does not represent good value for money. (Order number 11073)

Shipping was fast — I received my package in just 4 days and everything arrived without any issues. Customer service was also very friendly and responded quickly to my questions. However, I was a bit disappointed with the product quality, which didn’t match what I had hoped for.

I would actually give them a zero if I could. They used a non standard courier who left the parcel in an unsafe area-if he even delivered it at all.my husband was home at the time and the courier did not ring the buzzer, leave a note or take it to a different location. The courier took a photo of them at the security gate and then if the parcel-this was not enough evidence that they attempted delivery. Livetta have been extremely unhelpful suggesting I could ask my neighbours (more than 200 apartments of them) if they have seen my parcel. I have asked for a replacement but they have stopped responding and then had the hide to give them a rating. They are a scam. Do not buy from them.

Order didn’t arrive.
It was sent back to the warehouse, they do not give a refund and refused to send it again if i am not paying for the postal.
Scam!!!

Good quality and true to side

I placed order #5781 in March and never received it. Tracking hasn’t updated in months and support hasn’t helped. No refund, no resolution. Very disappointed. Avoid this company

I want to return my order, but that turns out to be nearly impossible. The return portal on the website doesn't work at all. Then Livetta offered me a 30% refund, but I simply want to return the item and get a full refund. After several requests, I finally received a return address — in China. However, under EU consumer law, they are required to offer a return address within the EU. What happens next is unclear. To be continued...

Poor quality item. Also sized down based on the size guide and I still felt like i needed a smaller size. Works I guess. But smells pretty strongly.

Dont reply and wrong sizes - no costumer service, no returns ex.

We ordered items from getlivetta which advertise in Europe and claim on their website for 'Easy return'. The total of the order was 60euro. The quality of the item is awful. When we requested to return the products we were advised that we have to send it back to china, which will cost 130euro (double price of the product). Poor quality items, no customer care.
