This was my first watch purchase, so naturally I was nervous throughout the process, especially as I hadn't seen the watch in person nor was I a pre-existing client of LWW. Buying something of value without physically inspecting it was a leap of faith, but Adam quickly put my mind at ease.

Adam stuck to every promise and was incredibly accommodating and worked with me to find a payment solution I was comfortable with. His flexibility, professionalism, and communication made a huge difference.

The watch arrived exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. It was also well packaged and arrived in less than 24 hours.

From start to finish, the service was excellent, and I felt supported throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, particularly first-time buyers who may be feeling the same apprehension I did.

I was searching for a Tudor Black Bay Chrono Panda and fortunately came across Luxury Watches Wimbledon. I live near Wimbledon so even knew the building that Adam was working from. I met up with Adam to view the watch and found him to be very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I picked up the watch in person a few days later, having agreed a very fair price. This was my 3rd Tudor purchase in recent years and I wouldn't hesitate to use Adam again( he knows which Tudor I have my eye on ) and I can highly recommend dealing with him. I was in the Tudor boutique in Westfield Stratford last week and the sales person commented on what immaculate condition the watch is in.

Bought my watch from Adam back in June. Had a slight issue whilst away on holiday and got back in contact with Adam. He put my mind at ease so I could enjoy what was left of my trip. Dropped my watch back and the next day was with the watch makers getting the necessary repairs. Then within 2 weeks had my watch back looking better than ever. This was my first luxury watch purchase and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. From the get-go, Adam was patient and informative, and was keen to be as accommodating as possible. He was aware that this is a big deal and a significant amount of money, and at no point did he force the issue - it was all about being comfortable and making the right choice for me.

Since completing the purchase, Adam has also offered advice on how to care for and protect the piece, and has made it abundantly clear that if there are any issues, he is there to assist in any way possible.

I’ve purchased a lovely watch at Luxury Watches Wimbledon and the experience of buying the watch was really very good with Adam offering excellent customer service and very speedy delivery.
After a few months of having the watch, it seemed that it started losing time. I contacted Adam again and he immediately reacted positively, apologising for what was happening and offering to either refund the watch or get it looked at and serviced.
I opted to get the watch looked at and serviced and I can only thank and congratulate Adam at the level of service he has offered me.
