I was very happy with my purchase from Luxury Watches. The correspondence was great before purchase. The watch arrived quickly after my order and was in great condition. I was nervous ordering an expensive purchase on line - sight unseen - but I trusted the description and condition listed and was not disappointed.

After the payment, I got a call asking details about shipping address, then Ana on the call confirmed the order. However, I then got an email asking photo of my credit card both front and back, and photo of the ID! Email comes from weird domain name called order-verification.com. I ignored the email as it did sound like a proper phishing attempt. After a call with the shop they assured me it’s normal. I did send all the details, apart from ID as it was too insane ask of an ask. Eventually they declined the order after wasting days. I ordered similar model from Chrono, and in just 3-4 days I had my present for dad! Time wasters!
