Great experience. I love the watch and the customer service is amazing!!

Purchased a Breightling Planet Ocean 46mm two weeks ago, once received I took it to a local Jeweler to have links removed.
First attempt the head of the screw broke off. I still have not worn the watch as it is still at the Jewlers waiting for a new link.
I emails Luxury of Watches and have had not return email or reply. My intention is to return the watch at this point.

Answered my questions and requests promptly via email. Shipping was prompt. The only thing I could criticize was that an original receipt from a different watch was shipped with my watch. Would have loved to have the original receipt for the used watch I puchased but that is asking a lot when purchasing a used watch.

I will absolutely purchase from Luxury Of Watches again. I have been looking for the past six months a special watch that is no longer being made by the manufacturer for my fiancé for her wedding present.
