Friendly, patient and warm, she made a potentially costly change to our booking PAINLESS.
Honestly- we thought we'd lose our booking entirely after our dates shifted but she called back within a couple of hours (after telling us it would be a couple of DAYS) giving us the good news. Testament to the strength in their own relationships clearly.

Anzac Day and Türkiye Tour
Sefa was an exceptional guide and tour leader who enhanced our enjoyment of our tour of Turkey. Nothing was too much trouble for him even accompanying my husband to the pharmacy to assist with his health issues.
Sefa's historical knowledge was outstanding and passion for his country evident throughout the tour. Sefa ensured the pace of the tour was suitable for all participants. You never felt rushed or hurried to be somewhere. Our driver Harun demonstrated excellent driving skills and was was always helpful with luggage and providing assistance on and off the bus.

Tom G - incredible customer service
I’ve been planning my holiday after work at the oddest of hours and somehow on the two occasions I needed to contact luxury escapes I’ve gotten linked up to Tom G on the phone. Thanks to his accent and warm phone presence I was immediately able to clock it was him AGAIN! Tom has been all class and such an incredible support. He has answered every question of mine with so much patience and kindness and I couldn’t be more grateful for his help. I’m extremely disappointed with the Luxury Escapes package I purchased for Naviti Resort. The experience was nowhere near what was advertised as “luxury.” Calling this a luxury getaway feels very misleading. At best, I would rate this resort as a 3-star property, not a luxury destination.
The resort itself felt dated and lacked the quality, comfort, service, and premium experience I expected when booking through Luxury Escapes. The whole experience felt disjointed and underwhelming, with very little that resembled the luxury standard being promoted.
When customers book through Luxury Escapes, there is an expectation that the properties are carefully selected and genuinely deliver a high-end experience. Unfortunately, this fell far below expectations. I feel disappointed and misled, and I would strongly encourage Luxury Escapes to review how they classify and market resorts like this so future customers know what they are actually paying for

Booked a family get away Sat night …
Booked a family get away Sat night with unchangeable conditions through Lux Esc. Unexpect thing pops up on Sunday morning that I have to attend. I emailed to ask whether I can change the date. The supporter was very helpful and helped me to cancel the booking and provide a credit to use for 12 months. Very appreciated. Thanks for your help Lychota.
