I tried Luxury Casino for the first time on Wednesday so 5 days ago. I won some not a lot $180 and decided to withdraw it before I lost it if I kept going. I requested to receive it through email transfer. Well today 5 days later I still have not received my payout 😡 I will not be playing on this casino anymore. All the others I’ve played on I have my payout in under 10 min.

Very unhappy with this gaming site. I put in a withdrawal early Thursday morning and I've yet to receive my funds. I sent an email and some 14 hours later, they still haven't responded. My deposits are processed within seconds.
Please visit other gaming sites that process your withdrawals same day...most within minutes. Beyond ridiculous
You responded saying that I can reach out and provided an email address. Ive contacted you twice with no luck. Any other suggestions??
You're policy states that you hold funds for 48 hours and then it's processed on next business day. Still waiting.
