I was playing on of their games online…
I was playing on of their games online and won a small amount of money. When I went to withdraw the money (under $200), they requested information for proof of who I am. I sent my drivers license as well as a copy of my Mastercard statement clearly showing the statement date as well as my full address and name. They continued to email informing me they needed a bill or bank statement etc with a date and my address. I sent in numerous proofs, but continued to receive emails asking for proof, or as they call it “Know Your Customer”! I finally gave up as it was going on over 3 weeks to a month. I have read other reviews stating similar issues!

It took my money without problem but when I tried to withdraw it kept my money making excuses and created a bunch of red tape in order to get my money back. There is no contact support other than a chat bot. Basically stole my money.
