I placed an order through your site…
I placed an order through your site this afternoon.
I ordered 3 reading glasses following the promotion: 3 for 59 Euro.
After I placed the order and entered my credit card details I received a message that my order was successfully placed.
To my surprise, I do not receive any confirmation by email from you.
When I use your chatbox to ask questions about my order, nobody is available.
So I tried to contact you by phone but I only hear music in the background although your site states that you can be reached until 8:00 PM in week days.
I am starting to wonder if you are another rogue or malicious webshop.
Please inform me about my order urgently.

Good styling and quality but would have preferred a hard case as they could easily get damaged in the soft case that comes with it. Also, they do not come with a lens cleaning cloth and it would be a negligible cost to include this.
