The delivery did not work
Everything else went right except the delivery by PostNord. I was home, front door open. No doorbell, knock on the door or phone call. Instead a msg ’we tried to deliver yr package’. Now I have to work from distance on Monday to receive the parvellaan. N btw, last delivery came by Finnish Posti. Was waiting me at the hall when coming home.

Terrible customer service and no refund!
I ordered reading glasses and sunglasses, but none of them fitted me. So I returned the items, but I haven’t got my refund. I’ve tried to get in contact with customer service, but they don’t answer my e-mail. Terrible service!!

I have previously purchased two pairs of glasses from HaveaLook. The build quality of the glasses has always been good. Unfortunately the 2nd pair I purchased broke after several months use. Upon contacting the team at HaveaLook a replacement pair of glasses was sent out free of charge without any quibbles whatsoever. The package duly arrived (fully tracked) soon after. The comms with the team in the office was superb. So, in essence I cannot recommend the company highly enough to any prospective customers
