Shipping disappointment
While I love the product itself, the shipping times were ridiculously long coming from China.
I reordered the item because usps lost the first one that I sent to the recipient. I paid $25 for express delivery and it still took 20 days. Because of the shipping delays, I will never again submit an order to this company!
