SCAMMERS! I purchased this product to try it. They kept sending it and charging me $119.95 a month. I called 3 times telling them to stop. I drove to the address on the return label and returned it 3 times and they said they would take care of it, but did not. I sent 2 emails to them and they responded that my "subscription" was cancelled, but they kept sending it and charging me. On my final call to Luvost, they told me the only way I could stop it would be to cancel my credit card, which I had to do. I spent a lot of time asking for the money back from my credit card (Citibank) and they only gave me back $119.95. I wasted a lot of time. I am elderly and they took advantage of me.
Do not buy from them they have took money from me twice after i cancel my order they will not give u your money back the r a scam so please be careful in order from them

I got pills that help you lose weight while you sleep, "apparently", all I had to pay was postage so I thought why not, checked how much they were each month, knowing that getting that order would put me into a subscription, they were $50 a month i thought ok that's not too bad. Now somehow while paying for postage etc I accidentally (or they added it) puchased another bottle with a discount it was only $42, I was not impressed, so off to send an email, asking if they could stop the bottle I paid $42 as I wanted to trial them first. I actually received a reply, quite a few days later once it had been sent so they couldn't cancel that bottle. That email said we have cancelled your subs. So I thought of f#$* it, I'll just keep them and hopefully they work. Received both bottles in no longer than 2 weeks.
So 2 months later, YES it was actually a full 2 months too, I was looking on my bank app at a transaction and I found one for $92.28 i was like wtf, oh its from luvost, the next day another transaction occurred for $93.81 I'm like what no way, contacted them immediately demanding a refund, they replied to my email but only to say "I'm sorry this has happened, our system has not recognised the cancelled subs. and has automatically taken payment. We have cancelled your subs". They recommended contacting my financial institution for a new card so their "system" couldn't take any more money from me. Nothing about a refund. So I replied to that email again asking for a refund, this time no reply. Then about 3-4 days later another transaction this time for $94.81. I ended up sending quite a few emails, with no response to any of them.
So off i go contacting my bank to dispute thep 3 transaction. It took this bank 8 weeks. I got my money back off them the whole $279.75.
Now here i am up very late, (after the loss of a very young friend) watching something on my phone with my neighbour, and a notification pops up from my bank saying something boit account in arrears. I'm like NO, NO, WTAF....sure enough my last $30 has come out and im $156 in arrears, guess who?? YEP....it was luvost. 3 days after my refund, at 4am and the exact same 3 amounts, not sure where or how to go about this, but this company needs to be stopped ASAP.
Mind you this is also after cancellation of my bank card and getting a new card so no idea how they got the new card number.
Scam company, will ship several orders in a few weeks to charge your credit cards. Will not return product.
They took $4.95 from me for trial delivery. After one month, I am yet to receive anything, yet they attempted to take over £33 from my account a few days after confirming dispatch of the trial, so I blocked my card. I don't trust the company; their words don't match their actions, and they appear very cunning. But I am smarter than them; I am happy to lose the £4.25 for trial delivery.
Luvost charged me £120 for two bottle of their mix and every effort to get my money back as failed. I will chase this Transcation to the very end and report the company to every organisation and body. ombusman inclusive that can look into it with the intention of getting their services banned in the UK. i have corresponded with them over the allowed window and in as much as they have promised to make a refund, they have casually refused.
How can you charge me £120 for two samll bottles of Luvost drops without my knowledge?

Did not sign up for month products but you signed me up for them..I attempted to cancel subscription with out any luck. Then cancelled my credit card just a temporary fix because you found a way to access the new card number..Then you continued to send me in wanted product five times a month. I have reached out my credit cards attorney to help with this issue

Do Not consider this product they have gone into my bank account and fraudulently taken money from me that did not agree to I had no subscription in place at all
I asked for the order they illegally took from my account to be cancelled for a month I emailed back and forth
Their excuse was to please contact my bank and change my bank account details as they cannot guarantee that they won’t take further money from me
They refused to cancel the order even when it had not even left the warehouse then said when the product can be refunded once I have received it but when I received it they said I need to now cover the postage

I've asked numerous times for my subscription to be cancelled and I'm still getting the tablets every month the tablets are off no use to me cause I've an underactive thyroid

This is a genuine customer review.I am absolutely disgusted with the service. Firstly the free trial wasn't free. I had the full amount taken from my account. Theft basically. After contacting them I received a mail saying my subscription had been cancelled. But no refund and no goods. Unless I am refunded I'm classing this as a scam. Very poor service and attitude.
Why would you offer a free trial then change gee full price. I have received any goods. Luvost is you are reading this you can put it right by refunding me and at least sende the goods as a courtesy. Otherwise you will always seen as scammers. Fix it!!!!
