took awhile to get a person, but they were helpful once I did and though I had to change the type of backing for a cheaper one, at least I’ll get the earrings on time.

They were quick to reply and resolved my issue in a matter of minutes.

If I could give this company ZERO stars it would be more fitting! I purchased a ring with signature required and I never received the ring. I have been sending emails nearly every day and all I get back is “we are waiting for fed ex to get back to us” Fed ex told me Luvansh had the jewelry insured so they will get reimbursed. Meanwhile I have not received a refund or ring. I am out over $3000 dollars and have nothing to show for it! LUVANSH doesn’t care and is doing nothing to rectify this horrendous situation. This has been ongoing since December 13th, 2025. I’m beyond disgusted with their customer service and how they treat loyal customers. Prior to this transaction I purchased multiple diamonds. LUVANSH…. You need to take accountability and make things right with customers such as myself. Shame on you!!!!!!

I chatted with a virtual assistant for my return. The process was a breeze and the agent was very helpful.

Very happy with the prompt customer service. I had an issue with one of the products which was solved very quickly by their customer support team. The quality of the products is very good. Highly recommend Luvansh guys, even if you have an issue with any of the items, they get it fixed as soon as possible.

Received my 3.03 cushion in 14k white gold solitaire setting today. (It wasn’t supposed to be shipped until today. So it’s early!) The ring is absolutely beautiful. The stone is breathtaking. The diamond seems secure in the setting. During this transaction Luvansh was quick in answering my questions. I am overall happy with my first purchase from Luvansh.

Warning to my Canadian and American friends. I ordered 2 rings from Luvansh 2 separate times. one was a pear shape diamond ring that I ordered in November 2025 and the other was a round brilliant cut diamond ring that I ordered in December 2025. When I received the rings the stones were loose!!!!. This seems to be the norm for this company. They claim to inspect the rings before sending them out. LOL! Obviously they don't. I would highly suggest that anyone who ordered or orders from this company needs to bring their rings to get inspected for loose stones. It's shameful that Luvansh does not take the time to address the problem. I have emailed Catherine and all I got was that they are sorry and my item is not returnable. ! who said anything about returning the items??? I wanted them to take responsibility to fix the problem . I also believe that all their rings whether it's a single stone ring or an eternity band have loose stones and they WILL fall out ! I'm very reluctant to order rings due to this ongoing problem. Other problem I encountered was with the round brilliant diamond ring. I picked the traditional band that they have listed and I got a knife edged band that can't be stacked with a plain gold band let alone an eternity diamond band. Again I was told by Catherine to send a picture of the ring which will not show the loose diamond nor will it show in detail the knife edged band which is VERY uncomfortable to wear. smh. I will update when I hear back from Catherine as to how they will rectify these problems. Please people remember to check to see if your stones are loose and notify Luvansh. signed a Canadian living in the USA.

Be aware of the scammer. I purchased a set of lab diamond stud earrings. There was no certificate included. When asked, they stated I need to pay additional $150 to get a certificate??? Avoid this company.
