Delivery was delayed due to "quality issues". That created a minor headache to arrange delivery. When my wife used the screw back earrings, one of the backs failed.... I guess they still had "quality issues". She lost it between the restaurant and our ride. I contacted support - they want me to pay $60 for shipping on an item that weighs .5 grams! They say that's the best they can do. Customer support is absolute BS. Do yourself a favor - buy local.

Update...the response to the initial 1 star review again BS! The earring back was not "lost" it FELL OFF. There should be no question on fixing a faulty product.

The customer service "top cop" got involved and understood the issue I think. They sent us two additional backs at no cost. PROBLEM SOLVED. That was my simple expectation from the start. I have respect and patience IF you support your product and customer! If not, you earn what you earn.

The earrings look great, and now function as they should. Luvansh would have earned a much better rating had they responded appropriately to a faulty product in the first place.

I ordered a pair of 4ct diamond earrings. Not only did they show up 5 days earlier than anticipated, each stone was 2.1ct, E, VVS1. Without having personally selected the stones, the company could have taken advantage of the opportunity to select less-than-stellar options, and they sent the TOP of the range. They're beautiful. Will buy again.

I ordered a 2 carat lab grown diamond necklace on Dec 1 - great price for the quality/size. After purchased, it said it would ship by December 15. It didn't and I reached out to customer service on 12/16 - they responded immediately with updates. The necklace didn't ship until 12/22 but ultimately received on 12/24. It is gorgeous! Assuming delays were due to heavy volume due to time of year. Customer service responded each time I reached out to them.

You guys let me just say Luvansh gave me my dream ring. I sourced a beautiful Diamond through Luvansh and IT DID NO DISAPPOINT!!!! I have gotten so many compliments on my diamond and because of Luvansh I could afford my stunning custom Engagement ring. I will definitely be back and if you're reluctant dont be get it!

The earrings are better than expected. The delivery and communication was good. I would buy again. I recommend this company.

I was nervous to buy a diamond off of the internet but the prices were so good I thought I would buy one and see for myself. It came very quickly even though Canada was having a mail strike at the time. The diamond was beautiful. The test though would be when I brought it to my jeweller to have it made into a ring. At first glance they said it looked flawless and appeared very high quality. When they had their expert take a look turns out it indeed was a real diamond!!
I now have an amazing ring for my wife with a very large perfect diamond.
I will totally buy jewelry and diamonds from Luvansh again!

I made a mistake in ordering and I contacted Luvansh right away. Joe told me what to do and within hours I got a message saying they would correct my order. It was so easy, and Joe was so nice. I have ordered from Luvansh before and have had always had great service and the jewelry is lovely.

Measurements weren’t listed for the pendant. I received the pendant & it was smaller than I wanted. I reached out to see if I could exchange for more expensive one & was told I wasn’t able to return or exchange. Also free chain was tangled. Make sure you read the listing well before buying because you may not be able to return.

I highly recommend using Luvansh!! Where do I start? They have unbeatable prices and endless options to choose from. The customer service representative JOE is awesome! I made a mistake on my wedding ring order but thankfully the customer service representative JOE helped me out tremendously. He answered all my questions and guided me in the correct path to address my issue. Thank you guys, I will definitely use Luvansh again!

Absolutely terrible. Do not purchase from this business.

Timeline:
I purchased a loose diamond.
A week passed.
I received an email stating the diamond was unavailable and they offered 1. replacement or 2. cancellation.
The replacement was of notably inferior quality, not listed on their website, and no value of the diamond was provided.
I suggested similar AND cheaper alternatives to the diamond I had purchased which were up to the diamond characteristics I wanted.
And TWICE MORE they denied my options and offered inferior diamonds without any concessions. Not even expedited shipping which would be the minimum they could do after they were the ones that sold an unavailable diamond and caused delays in order processing and replacement diamond selection due to their lack of communication. FYI their webchat will just direct you to email so don't even bother with that useless communication channel.

Save yourself the trouble and shop at another retailer before they bait and switch scam you by saying your diamond is unavailable and then trying to send you a way worse replacement.

I ordered 2 loose diamonds from here and they came quick and was happy. However, when I went to return one (both are returnable) I ran into issues. Turns out, every stone can have a different return window. Not a custom piece, in a setting, a loose diamond. The one I went to return had a laughable “3 day” return window. You’ll never see this during checkout and in checkout, you’ll see “free 30-day returns for U.S. orders). So that is a lie. These practices are unethical and illegal in New York. Customer support response? They’ll accept an in store refund, today only, within 5 hours of them closing knowing my order address was 12+ hours away. It’s a shame that after sale support is so bad considering pricing and shipping is decent. Mind you, I made the inquiry 7 days after receipt and was able to evaluate stones at a local jeweler well within the “30 day” window plastered all over the site.

Alex provided me with great service and helped me get my ring earlier than expected.

I bought my wife a pair of 2 carat diamond earrings last year for her birthday and she loved them. They are beautiful and sparkle. This year I bought her a 3 carat heart brilliant diamond pendant necklace and it is awesome. I know she is going to love it! Now to plan next year's diamond present.

Alex was very helpful when I had problem with my FedEx delivery because I was out of town. I really appreciate all his help.
I wish though that Luvansh allows the option of taking off the “signature required at delivery” if the customer requests so because it is very hard for working people to wait at home the whole day not knowing when FedEx will deliver
