Product arrived well packed and in good condition.
I ordered possibly at the wrong time as it was close to Christmas which I accept.
The communication wasn't sophisticated, i.e. a lack of tracking info and updates compared to a big store . I was worried so read mixed reviews . However I'm pleased overall and have no real complaints. Happy with the price also . Super well packaged .

Really pleased with my lamps

Really pleased with my lamps. They did take a while to arrive and I didn’t get emails every day updating me on the status of my order as is usual now. However it’s a busy time and the orders are coming from abroad. Would buy again.

Long delivery

Update 10/11: moved score up a bit as the goods have been delivered which is a relief. Overall delivery takes a long time, communication is not always clear but the goods seem to be in order.
Update 09/11: since leaving this review I have been provided with a new tracking number and referred again to chase this with the courier directly. The new tracking no is recognised by Evri but nothing active since 31st Oct (order placed 23/10) and query raised. Luniverses absolving themselves of responsibility ‘as they are a seller of products and not a courier company.’ Will continue to update as this proceeds.

As others have written, order placed and not delivered despite weeks having past. Multiple emails to their support contact finally resulted in ‘Alan’ asking me to contact the courier company directly. The courier has no record of my order based on the tracking number provided.

Responded to ‘Alan’ asking for an update or a refund and ‘Alan’ has not responded.

If I’d read the reviews before purchasing I would have not have proceeded and suggest others avoid. Not sure if it’s a scam or not but I am out of pocket and am unable to get a response from the company.

I will update this review if I get any conclusion but as of today, no contact from the company and no refund provided.

Despite sending three emails I can’t…

Despite sending three emails I can’t get a response regarding when my order will be delivered. The tracking link on the confirmation email doesn’t work and I’m beginning to wonder if it’s a scam …

After a brief email exchange with Alan at Luni where I was assured my order was on its way - I was even given a tracking number but, despite asking repeatedly for the carrier that the number applied to, I have heard nothing. Nothing has arrived. I can’t get an email response out if Alan now ……

So…. After amending my review I was given the carrier details , the tracking number wasn’t recognised. Got another tracking number which reassured me that my order was actually on its way. Finally arrived. Lovely lamps but the lack of communication made for a stressful experience. If I had been told on my first enquiry the amount of time they would take to arrive I probably would have been more relaxed about the process. As it is I shan’t order from them again

Scam company

Scam company.

Ordered 2 lights. Terrible quality to begin with before giving up completely after 2 months of VERY limited use.
Refusing to provide a returns address for a refund and now ignoring my emails for a replacement.

Cheap goods, company claim to be located in Sweden but refuse to provide address or contact number.

Avoid at all costs.

Undelivered goods

My wife placed an order on 6th Nov and she still has not received the goods 5 weeks later. When she contacted the company they kept telling her to contact the courier. She has pointed out it is the retailers responsibility to ensure the goods are delivered but they keep saying contact the courier. She has asked them to either send her another lamp or refund the money as she has been patient enough as they are in breach of not meeting their delivery date, however she is yet to receive a reply!!
