AVOID!Ordered 4 Nordic touch lamps at the start of October and still no sign of them and it is now almost the end of January 2026. No communication from the company, despite repeated emails, so I am doing to report them to my credit card company and get a refund. AVOID.
Lovely item but excessively long…
Lovely item but excessively long shipping times with no communication.
The lamps are stunning. charging is a little hit and miss.
Of all the internet purchases this one is the worst communicator, almost a month without comms and then I am asked to review before its arrived. Last time it took two months.

Failure to deliver goods ordered
I placed my order on 8th September and received a confirmation email. I have heard nothing since this and have not received the items ordered. I have emailed them several times and have used the contact form on their website to request a refund but have yet to receive a response. Appalling service.
They don’t reply to emails. Avoid!
Accidentally placed a duplicate order in error on 28 Sept. Emailed within a couple of minutes to ask to cancel my duplicate order and request a refund. They ignored all of my emails (including the contact form where they say that they will respond within a timeframe but didn’t)
They ignored all of my attempts to contact them and sent both orders (with no information on how to return the duplicate, so I now have 3 lamps instead of 2, because it’s impossible to return the accidental 3rd. They don’t respond to any emails. Ever. Avoid.

Love these rechargable table lamps. great colours and nice style. Thanks Luniverse. Delivery is pretty slow - so that could be improved.

Scam or incompetent? Either way avoid
I have a confirmation of my order from 11th June. Having heard nothing I emailed on 2nd July politely asking for an update. As I didn’t get a response I emailed again on 19th July. I have also used their contact form twice and tried calling (straight to answerphone which I left a message on). I note the companies defensive responses on this site when people complain. I think it’s reasonable to have had a response to at least one of my 5 queries about time frame for an order made 6 weeks ago.

Helpful with my problem
Thankyou Alan for sorting out the one problematic/not working light. After finally getting the right email I sent Alan videos of the ‘not working’ light and a new top arrived safely yesterday - it is working fine at the moment.
I have been trying to return my 2 lamps…
I have been trying to return my 2 lamps that have arrived and despite looking great, they are the wrong colour for the room. I have emailed twice to ask for return instruction as adviced to do on order correspodence. So far I have not heard back and have no way of returning the lamps in the time frame reuired.

I am very impressed with the lights and the company. I was sent the wrong colour but they immediately sent me some of the correct colour.

Despite scepticism as it took a while to come, I didn’t realise it was coming from outside Uk, my fault.
It came very well packaged and survived being lopped over our gate by delivery man.
Easy to assemble and It is already charged up and was good to go.
Great little light.
From worried to Surprised!
I went from worried to surprised.
At first big skepticism reading some posts, but I really liked the lamps. Asked my boyfriend to but them as a Christmas gift in last second.
He contacted Luniverse to make sure and they answered a couple of hours later with a great answer.
They explained that they have had some delays due to system-updates but it arrived before Christmas. I’m so happy, thank you!
