I bought the Sharp X Pro chainsaw sharpener, it came damaged and doesnt fit my Sthil or Makita chainsaws, it is the biggest pile of s**t ive ever bought, i did contact lumio with no reply, this company wants striking off, complete rubbish and a disgrace at having uk at the end of the company name, total sham, i wouldnt advise any one to use this company

Do not buy the log splitter. You cannot split a match with the pathetic tiny item I was sent. Six emails sent and no reply

Do not be fooled by the videos of the log splitter on Instagram & Facebook they are fantasy. The item that arrived looked like it was for Barbie doll it was so small. I immediately contacted the company to return the item - no response - so have sent something everyday - still no response. So like a lot of other people on here I have been conned out of £30. I am usually much more vigilant but on this occasion I slipped up at a cost. You have been warned people 😡

I have been ripped off on 2 items which I bought myself as a Christmas present. The log splitter is pathetically small and is incapable of splitting event the thinnest of planks! And the chainsaw sharpener arrived broken and does not fit a standard Husqvarna chainsaw. I have, like others it seems, failed to get any response from the email address on no less than 3 occasions. DDO NOT PURCHASE ANY LUMIO ITEMS...THEY ARE CHINESE CRAP AND VERY SHODDY.

This is a total scam outfit and I have learnt the lesson the hard way. I ordered items online on the 6th December and no delivery and even though I send emails every day there is no response. I have to say goodbye to my money. How do you get away with it?

Would have given them minus points. Item nothing like as shown. Have to return it to China at own cost. Should know better as Ive been stung by unscrupulous Chinese traders before. They treat us like mugs !!!!!

Same problem as others. Bought product and wanted to refund and return. Many attempts to contact but no response whatsoever.

What a joke. I also ordered the £30 “Log”splitter - if you call a piece of wood 8cm in diameter a log then I guess it is a log splitter! It’s not even the same as the picture, surely there must be some recourse? Don’t use them.

Would not even give them one star if I had my way. NO response from them regarding a very poor grade of cleaning clothes. They supply 10 clothes to make your work sparkle. The clothes are cut so small that it is difficult to work with due to size, they are waver thin that you can see right thru. Looking on their site you see really thick folded over material. Due to what I looked at, I expected my order would be bulky instead it was posted thru my letterbox instead.

Don't be fooled with the UK they have put all over their flashy website and weblink. . The devil is in the detail if you take time to look through their website properly. There is nothing UK about this company and you have zero consumer rights. My order never arrived and their fake order tracking page just stopped after 2 weeks. When I was ordering they trick you to believing you will get your order in a few days . They are now claiming they are a Royal Mail partner , it's just another fake on the website. Reported them to trading standards but there is not much they can do . These Chinese sites just disappear after a while after they have robbed a lot of people in the UK

These are total crap. Very small and when wet get smaller. Do not clean well at all. Don't get sucked in by this firm they are an utter and total waste of money. If I could give a minus rating I would.

DO NOT buy from this company. Products are overpriced tat that you can buy from Temu for pennies. I have tried to contact them 4 times to discuss the appalling cloths they sent. NOTHING, no response from direct contact and email. Rubbish product rubbish company

Absolute rip off total load of rubbish nothing like the picture charged £30 for a log splitter wouldn’t split a match stick scam they don’t take returns just keep your money avoid avoid

I ordered a log splitter after seeing the special offer £29.90 usual price £69.90 on Instagram. I was horrified when it arrived in a small brown box - the log splitter is about 20cm tall, the circle to “feed” a log through is only 9cm diameter. I realise now that there were no measurements on the advert, but the pictures and video show what appear to be a much bigger model. In one picture the splitter appears as tall as a man’s foot to knee measurement.
I have so far e mailed twice to return under the “60 day trial money back guarantee” as it is not fit for purpose but am still waiting for a reply. I feel like I’ve been hoodwinked at this point.

Do not buy the log splitter as it’s rubbish. My husband tried it in 4 relatively small logs to begin with. It managed it split 2 small logs, got stuck in the third and by the fourth one it wouldn’t work at all and the log started smoking!! Guess it’s blunt already. Can’t get a refund because goods have to be unused for returns - don’t get sucked into this advert on Facebook!!

Total Scam. Wish I'd read reviews beforehand, cloths are so cheap and totally inadequate for the job. They give a money back guarantee but never respond to emails at all. These companies should not be allowed to do this.😡

Avoid at all costs. Wish I’d checked trust pilot before ordering. Please don’t make the mistake I did. I feel like a fool. My order arrived a couple of days ago and I opened it this morning. So disappointed. These are not microfibres clothes. They bare no resemblance to the advert. They look like pieces of the cloth you find stapled to the underside of cheap sofas

Absolute rubbish. They took £12 for this?

So ordered a "log splitter" from lumio-uk - did as much homework as I could, seemed genuine, videos & images all looked great...
Product arrived in a tiny box & appears to be a tiny model version. I doubt it would be able to split anything larger than an ice-lolly stick.
Don't fall for the lumio-uk con like I did.
Lesson learned.
