Basic support is not available and zero response to constructive suggestions to improvements they might like to make. Moneyhub drives the open banking element and I know there are much better apps available that provide a better experience. A real shame as at one time I really bought into this app but they let themselves down… or perhaps there is not enough money in this kind of thing to resource it well

Failed at the first hurdle one banks information was incomplete. Pension fund information not accepted. No support on A Saturday. Would like my account deleted.

Perfect app for managing our family finances - and keeps getting better. Great communication from the team too for a small connection issue - replied within minutes. Great work - keep it up!

I have tried unsuccessfully to connect Lumio to my SMILE account. The link asks for username, password and pin.
SMILE has a 6 figure security code ( but no pin for online login) so I put that as the pin and the link fails with the message provided credentials incorrect. I know they are right as I can use them to log in to my SMILE account. I have emailed Lumio twice about this problem but had no reply as yet.

Neat app - Helped track all my bills and picked out 2 wasteful subscriptions for me. Managed to connect me Monzo, American Express and Trading 212z

Seriously helpful to stay on top of finances. Can view Barclays and Revolut accounts in 1 place as well as Amex card spend - keeps me up to date on my net worth!

Lumia allows me to consolidate all my financial accounts in one place, this saves me a lot of time and Frustration having to go back and forth between different account platforms.

Use the app to connect Santander accounts, nationwide, trading212, etc.. makes it all a lot easier having everything in one spot. Great idea and nicely executed!

Clever app for people worried about not getting a complete picture of their finances!

Like a lot of people I have multiple accounts: Monzo for day to day, HSBC for salary and bills, a pension, ISA, etc. Lumio let me finally abandon my spreadsheet and have everything in one place. Can't recommend enough!

I wish they were allowing to add banks from France.
There were a few errors in the app that I reported to their customer support - fixed reasonably quick in the subsequent release
