I have used other color correctors and wasn't impressed. I bought the pink for under my eyes and am impressed with this one. It's the formula. The other pink was too wet. This one is not a powder but a creme and covers my dark circles well. It melts into my undereye and is not noticeable.

I really wanted to love this product. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. The color is great, but no matter how little or much I use of this under eye brightener, it settles into my lines within hours of applying.

I then contacted customer service to return the product. They were prompt in their reply, but only that I would need to send it to China to return it and at my expense—-which is more than the product cost. When I declined to do so, they offered a 30% refund of my purchase price, or another same product. Very disappointing. Buyer beware.

Update as if 5.5.2026. When I posted this review, the company reached out immediately offering a full refund of my purchase price if I agreed to remove my initial review. I think there’s value in my experience to possibly inform another consumer. I’m pleased with the company follow-up and for the refund of my full purchase price. Their responsiveness is not in question as it’s been incredible. The refund should have happened in the beginning, but this has been my experience.

Love your products, and speedy delivery. Follow-up from Company is also great. I plan to be a loyal customer for a long time.

Easy, reliable and friendly package came in one piece when they said it would

I had a missing item in my order, received a shade different from what I ordered (and the top is defective), as well as not being a fan of the lip tint (super sticky). I reached out via their Chat - finally heard back from them by email and they wanted photos of the products and the packaging - who keeps that after you begin using it? I gave up after a couple of back and forth emails. I won't be re-ordering, going back to Vima foundation (in comparison, it's a much better biomatch for me).

Utter DISBELIEF how amazingly well the Under Eye Brightener works and I LOVE their blurring Setting Powders!!! I just wish the product could arrive faster!
I look forward to trying their Color Adapting Foundation as well as their Pore Minimizer Primer.

I wasn't quite sure which under-eye color to pick. I picked the green. I thought is was the right choice, but couldn't understand how it could work. Well, it did and does. Because I was a little curious about the pink, I ordered that one too. For my skintone, I do like the green better and use the pink on my lids.

It does what it claims, it goes ok white almost like a sunscreen but then once blended in it matches your skin tone. Right now I don’t have any kind of tan so my face is pretty colorless but the tone is even using this product. When I have a tan is when I will really be able to see if it truly shade matches.

Company is deceiving customers

The products are nice, the under eye cream does work for most of the day with covering dark spots. I also use the powder to cover up oily skin throughout the day. The only con is the delivery service is slow. I have to remember to order far enough in advance if I am about to run out of product because it takes a while to arrive.

The Under eye brightner and the Adapting smart tint work okay using finger patting method only. Neither actually “blend” into the skin but more or less they just sit on surface. I have normal skin but the tint causes dry patches in some areas and gives off a yellowish tone to might skin. Not a fan.

The best setting powder. Blurs the fine lines - light and airy. I use the pink powder and the translucent powder. Top notch!!

I like your eye Luminance. I have very dark marks on the side of my nose close to my eyes. It has helped. Around a month ago, when I placed my last order I knew right away that I had ordered the wrong color and I sent an email right away. I was told that I need to send the product in and wait until you process it and only then can I order the correct color. I didn't think this was cool.

Taught me to never trust on line makeup purchases. Very little contained in case. Did not work at all! One of the most disappointing products I’ve ever purchased!

I have just started using the under-eye cream and really like it !!!! I wasn’t sure what shade that’s why I chose green. I think I will order a shade soon.

This ships from china. The product did not blend or color match. To return it, you have to incur the cost to ship and wait for a refund. It says Luminance Milano but it is a cheap Chinese product.

I love the product I ordered. I think the website itself is awful.

This was the first time I ever bought this product. It really works and is amazing especially for mature skin! I love it!
