I switched from semaglutide with a different company that worked well for me to tirzepatide with Lumi as I wanted faster results and the price was good. By the 2nd week I knew I had made a mistake. I don't know what formulation they sent me but it is doing less than nothing for me and I've gained back the weight I lost before the switch. For all I know I could be injecting B12 and nothing else. You get what you pay for. Beware.

Do not trust this company's subscription model. I moved out of the country and caught an automated renewal charge a mere 3 hours after it processed. I immediately called customer support and emailed them on the exact same day to cancel the order.
Even though they successfully placed a fulfillment stop on the package—meaning no physician reviewed it, no pharmacy compounded it, and absolutely nothing shipped—they are refusing to give me a full refund.
Instead, they try to trap you with two unacceptable options: either take a full store credit (completely useless if you are traveling or no longer need the medication) or take a partial refund where they pocket a massive $100 "administrative cancellation fee" for a few hours of an automated charge sitting in their system.
They use polite language in emails to sound reasonable, but their actual business practices are predatory and designed to hold your money hostage. If you cancel an order the exact same day it auto-renews before anything happens clinically, you should get your money back. I am currently disputing this with my bank and filing complaints with the BBB and FTC. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that has honest billing practices.

Customer service at LumiMeds is some of the best I have ever dealt with. Ever. I can’t say I haven’t had a few issues, I have, BUT, this team was absolutely amazing through all of them. They listen, they care, they very clearly describe how to troubleshoot, reply as quickly as possible, and truly see the problem through to the end, even when the issue isn’t on their end (ex: delayed shipping, which is a carrier issue, but they helped me understand the process if the delivery was late or didn’t show). I cannot say enough good things about the team at LumiMeds and I appreciate all of their help through the minor issues I’ve had. And even just today I had an issue I needed help with and Jay couldn’t have been more amazing, empathetic and helpful, seeing me through right to the positive end of it! THANK YOU.
